Nice hotel, very clean.Posted Nov 9, 2015
Pros: It is a great location. Close enough to be able to walk to many restaurants and shops.
Cons: There should be a way to reserve your beach hut (chickee) without having to go down at 5 a.m.
Location: Perfect location. In the heart of all the restaurants and nightlife.
We stayed in a one bedroom apartment that was on the third floor. The rooms were very clean and it had everything you needed. If you wanted to stay in and eat there were pots and dishes and utensils. There was a full size fridge and a dishwasher. The balcony overlooked the beach and was beautiful. It was a home away from home!

Great location!Posted Oct 11, 2015
Location: Close to shopping and a few casinos. No need for a car unless you want to explore island on your own. Everything you need is steps from your room.
Love the location of this resort! We had a great view on day one, then were moved because the interval owners dates are Sunday-Sunday. Our next room did not have a view and for the price, we expected a good view. Some things we learned that we will utilize next trip. 1. Reserve your beach hut early (free coffee available while you wait) 2. Take clean towels with you at the end of the day, so you have them while drinking coffee and reserving your hut. 3. Cabs cost a lot... bus fare is only $2-2.30 depending on size of bus. 4. Shop at grocery store and use your kitchen for some easy breakfast and lunch options. 5. Onsite mini mart has better prices than any other mini mart within walking distance. 6. Open air market downtown is only open on days cruise ships are docked, so if this is something of interest to you, find out when ships will be visiting. 7. If internet access is important to you, get the gold package. Silver package is slow and will not accommodate FaceTime or Skype.

nice loaction and groundPosted Oct 8, 2015
Pros: the facilities (swimming pool) and location the staff were nice and helpful too
Cons: the flats are too dark and need updating
Location: Smokey Joe is a restaurant located opposite the resort it's quite good there is a good restaurant on the pier that sell fish by the weight, rare
The hotel is located in the perfect spot (close to restaurants and bars) and the hotel ground is beautiful. The studio apartment layout and size are good but dated. It was very dark which is a real shame. We saw another studio in floor/side but it was the same, this is due to the receding balcony. Most flats will have this problem. Overall I still rate this hotel of good value.

Pros: the beac
Cons: no room switching
Location: plenty to do everything you want to do on the water . Plenty of resteraunts and beach bars
The hotel was very nice comfortable beds very clean . I would stay here again . HOWEVER They made us switch rooms which was very inconvenient and put a dent into our stay and comfort feel they should warn you about this as I would not have stayed here .

Great location right on the beach!Posted Aug 25, 2015
We arrived on a Monday for our honeymoon a little earlier than our check in time but the room was ready right when they said it would be. We stayed in a studio style unit that had a large refrigerator, stove top, dining table and sink. All amenities came in handy in addition to laundry on same floor. Housekeeping kept our room clean as well as all of the restrooms and public spaces on the property. We never had to wait in the AM to get a chickee on the beach! Was a pleasant surprise. Restaurant Azzurro on the property was excellent! Convenience stores on the property were overpriced but expected. Lots of kids staying at the resort so if that is not your cup of tea, would not recommend. The location both on the beach and in relation to the stores and restaurants on Palm Beach was perfect! Overall experience was excellent and I would definitely come back!

Outstanding Resort and StaffPosted Aug 17, 2015
Pros: Close to everything and friendly staff.
Cons: Nothing, really.
Location: Casino right next door and restaurants close by.
What a great place to stay and relax. The staff could not have been more friendly and our room was always clean and fresh towels everyday. Resort was close to everything. Really don't need to rent a car but we did just because we went out a few days sight seeing and grocery shopping. If there was one bad thing I had to say about my experience it would be the thatched roof umbrellas on the beach and at the pool. It just seems to me that people save these things at 6am in the morning and a lot of times you see them empty for long periods of time. Probably nothing you can do to fix it but I did want to mention it. This would not be a deal breaker for me returning though.

Great location!Posted Aug 14, 2015
Awesome location. Lots of places to walk to. Pelican Pier is a great dinner spot, right on the water and very reasonably priced. Right across the street is Smoky Joe's, which has great bbbq. Beach is very nice. Make sure you get up by 7:30 to grab a hut and, make sure you like New Yorkers - the hotel is full of 'em! Friendly crowd. Have stayed at a couple other places on the island, and we plan to stay at this hotel again during our next visit.

It's Aruba!Posted Aug 7, 2015
Pros: I liked the location.
Cons: Would be nice to have more water available to guests.
Location: Restaurants, shops, casinos a very short walk away. Great location
The hotel was pretty nice; was great for a last minute booking. The crowd tends to be much older, people who come with kids, grandkids. Can be very crowded on the beach. The hotel charges for WIFI when you can get it for free right outside at local restaurants etc. Get all inclusive as food, drinks and eating can get expensive. You go there for the beach and the sun and the fun, not the room. The rooms were very clean!
