You paid 500$ a night to get a motel looking room. The room smelled of vomit and extremely loud. Terrible! We booked non refundable, else we would have checked out.

The property itself is very convenient, and located next to everything. They have 2 parts which will give you more options to eat and explore. When I checked in the staff member was very rude making sarcastic comments to my questions. I have stayed at the adults only side numerous times and never experienced this. Room service kept forgetting condiments that were requested for when placing the order and bringing them back by the time the food was cold. The bathroom nor towels where cleaned. When I said something they immediately fixed that issue. The beach is decent but gets crowded since they allow day passes.

My recent stay at the Renaissance in Aruba, with access to the beautiful Flamingo Beach, had its highs and lows. The pristine beauty of Flamingo Beach was undoubtedly a highlight, offering a picturesque backdrop for relaxation and enjoyment. The location was undoubtedly stunning; waking up to the sight of the marinas crystal-clear waters was a dream come true. The hotel grounds were well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. However, I must address a few drawbacks that detracted from an otherwise pleasant experience. Firstly, I made my reservation through Expedia, expecting an all-inclusive resort experience. Regrettably, this assumption was not entirely accurate. While the option for an all-inclusive package was available, it came at an additional cost, which was not made explicitly clear during the booking process. This discrepancy left me feeling somewhat misled and disappointed.

If I could give this resort 10 stars I would! My husband and I stayed here for a week during our honeymoon and had the best experience. We did the all inclusive package and it was completely worth it. The hotel is stunning, right on the beach with multiple pools and tiki huts to lounge under. The food was great and all staff were so nice and accommodating. Our room was set up with balloons, flowers, and a cake upon our arrival. The hotel was very clean and modern. There is a boat to take you to the private flamingo island 5-10 min away which also has two bars/ restaurants. We have nothing bad to say about it and would book here again in a heartbeat!!

5/5 Stars! Excellent location to stay in with a bunch of restaurants and walk able areas to see. I highly recommend staying here. The room was clean, super comfortable and the breakfast buffet is amazing. Huge shout out to Betty and Juanita from Aquarius and the gentleman who checked us in. I will be staying here again in the future.

Staff were extremely helpful, professional and kind. The room was beautiful. The food was delicious - endless seafood that was prepared well. The property itself was not what we had expected - based on the photos, it looks like a quiet retreat on the ocean.. it was a very loud, DJ blasting by the pool on a busy street type of vibe which was very misleading.

The resort staff were very helpful, pleasant, and accommodating with daily interaction. Flamingo island was a pleasant suprise for us and the resort never felt overcowded. We enjoyed that it wasn't so busy as the Palm beach area is. Very relaxing.

Private island is wonderful. Still would have been nice to walk on a beach right out hotel door rather than needing boat ride. We came for R&R and it worked perfect. Needed 10-15 minute cab ride for good food most evenings. We were impressed with the restaurants on island. Gym was large and fully stocked. Starbucks location right downstairs helped each morning.

We feel the property is overrated. Thin walls walls, could hear neighbors and hallway noise. A bit rundown insome areas. Good area for ahopping and walking distance to lots of restaurants and shopping.

I liked the location, and that hotel has a personal island that you can go every 15 minutes. I didn't like the price I paid for all-inclusive, but variety of food was low. At Breakfast restaurant Aqua or something, i didn't like the personal, they were not too friendly to me, they were only friendly with people they knew before I noticed. I didn't feel like leaving them tips for service. Customer service wished would be better i think for this overpriced hotel. I spent 6K for less than 5 days for 2 people, and it was not something wow

Marriot is our preferred venue although the Rennaisance had some shortcomings.Stayed at the Marina Adults only.Positives were ease of transport to Rennaisance Island.Loved Iguana and Flamingo beach tho boat to get there is small and crammed with guests.Food was very good,ate at LG Smiths and pool/bar and island,all very good.Starbucks convenient.Infinity pool was very small and couldn't accomodate unless very early arrival.Our room was very small,small bathroom,a tiny chair ,no table,very cramped.Staff all friendly and helpful.Will stay at a different property next time.

We stayed all inclusive. 1 bar with food option, 1 indoor restaurant 1 steakhouse (reservation only) and 2 outdoor restaurants. Great pools and private island. If all inclusive, service charge (tips) included but you have to sign for each meal and there’s a spot for extra tipping, which feels off. If service charge is a tip, than don’t pressure to leave more. Check in was slow over 45min which was ok, but not very efficient and no one like waiting in line for long times. Pools and island great! Good quality is good too. We will likely try somewhere else next trip.

There were three of us in a suite. The room design for ours at least was very strange. There was a long window in master bedroom which was not necessary and a shade should be installed we thiught. I slept on pullout in living room and wanted to catch first boat out to island. Turning on a light was impossible without waking those in bedroom. The island was great as always.

Te venden un paquete todo incluido, al llegar al hotel te das cuenta que no lo es, además de esto las instalaciones no son cómo te las muestran en las fotos. Son muy regulares, y lo único que te dicen es que no pueden hacer nada. Exageradamente caro para algo tan MALO y tan FALSO
