Nightmare stay at the Renaissance Hotel in Aruba.

Cons: Better treatment to guests from the hotel staff.
I came to your hotel to propose to my girlfriend and booked events with your navigator.One event nearly got us killed and the other a horseback riding tour on the beach which was when I wanted to propose to my girlfriend never came to pick us up and I never got an answer from the hotel to this day as to why we were never picked up.Also some very important sentimental wine glasses of mine were taken from my hotel room and were never found by the hotel also to this day.The hotel manager when I made her aware of the whole mess offered me a flimsy $100 hotel credit.So I never got to propose to my girlfriend in Aruba like he'd planned and the wine glasses are gone forever.Our stay and expierence with hotel ended up being a nightmare rather than a dream romantic holiday that I had originally planned and your hotel was,is and has been doing nothing to try to restore our vacation other than a crummy $100 hotel credit which doesn't even come close to restoring our holiday expierence.Horrible treatment from Renaissance

Best hotel right by the beach...

At first there a misunderstanding, but the staff was so nice in accommodating me to my needs And that was appreciated...All the staff members was very helpful and always checking up on me whether I was by the casino, beach, or pool...I'd really like that also they had a steakhouse open until 5am. Also the flamingo beach where you get to feed the flamingos is amazing...I loved my ocean suite...the water is to die for, I won't ever forget my vacation!

Nice hotel!!

Pros: Everything other than the firm beds.
Location: The location is great and near the bus station for easy access. If you're looking for the high-rise area near Palm Beach, it is about 10 mins away.
The Renaissance is a nice hotel. We were hardly at the hotel though for our four-night stay. We didn't get a chance to try out the hotel restaurants. However, we did order poolside drinks and the bartender was nice! We stayed in the Ocean Suites, but had a partial oceanview. :( The shuttle was nice that takes you from one side of the property to the other side. Everyone was polite. The beds were a little bit too firm, but we made it through. We also had massages at the hotel's spa. We loved it!!

Beds were to hard

Very pretty facilities. Like the island, boat captain, Jorge very nice. Didn't interact with anyone else.

Hotel muito bom, excedeu as expectativas.

Pros: O que foi mencionado acima. Também está super bem localizado, há uns 10 minutos do aeroporto, ao lado do comércio, numa marina super bonita e charmosa
Cons: As musicas que ficam tocando no lobby do hotel onde praticamente só se ouve techno Music.
Location: Conforme comentado acima. Tem uma série de bons restaurantes entre os dois complexos.
A ilha particular e tb a praia particular já valem para ficar no hotel. Embora a torre exclusiva para adultos fique na marinha isso não é impecilho para desfrutar das duas atrações e tb a piscina do hotel para familias.

Hotel close to all the essentials in a vacation

Pros: Rooms were very well kept.
Cons: Air conditioning was always chilly and changing the setting did not have any effect on the temperature.
Location: Movie theater, restaurants, beaches, and shops were all within walking distance. Hotel pool area as well as the islands were fantastic.
The hotel staff was excellent and courteous. The breakfast buffet was great and the hotel was located within walking distance of most major attractions.
