I was 3 nights in the hotel for a international medical symposium in June 2018. All participants were complaining on the rooms, food and service : no hot water, very weak WIFI, leakages in the roof of the room, rooms without AC, no locker, no hair dryer, ... Moistness every were. Very poor breakfast, often not enough, terrible hygenienic conditions.

Kind of sad
This is a place that is racing downhill due to lack of conference business and hence upkeep. We were one of perhaps five rented rooms in a place that is meant for large conferences. Sad to see. At one point it was clearly an amazing place. We left early since this was advertised as a jumping off point for relaxation and access to the park. All the advertised benefits - multiple restaurants, multiple leisure activities, access to outside tourist sites - were not in place. Even getting into/out of the hotel to move to town had to be planned well in advance and ferociously negotiated on price.

A good relax after safari before long flight
Good for reasonable price. Spacious room devised into bedroom and sitting area with tv and sofa, tea/coffee set, terrace with garden view. Very nice and relaxing.
