Hotel Let its self down
The stay was for a birthday surprise for my wife, The room was tired, No Hot water in Bath for my wife to have a relaxing bath that evening, which was reported but not resolved. Shower was hanging off wall; Food at Dinner was amazing , however overshadowed by young female diners who were attempting to get a free dinner by shouting and screaming at Staff, and being abusive to staff and fellow diners. Room was in conferencing end of Hotel and noisy all night with children running up and down the corridor or in rooms above.

Very dissapointed
Stayed here last year and cant believe how downhill the place has gone in a year. There were 4 of us staying in separate rooms and each room was OK but not to the standard of a 4 star hotel. In 1 room even the TV was missing and all 4 were of different size and quality even though all were the same price. On the corridor to one of the rooms there must of been 8 or 9 food trays left outside doors which had not been collected and you could tell they had been there for a while. This didnt exactly give us great confidence considering the current climate and the importance of cleanliness. So disappointing as a massive contrast from my previous stay.
