    Our RealTime Escapes property is a corporate rental that can accommodate business and personal bookings for adult guests. While you're booking your stay in the Northern Virginia area, you can relax comfortably in this fully furnished detached home, bringing business and pleasure to your getaway. Occupancy limits are strictly enforced, and our properties are not designed for pets and children.The property is limited to 10 guests per reservation unless previously coordinated and approved prior to check-in. Additionally, we require that all guests be 18 or older. Parties, events or get-togethers exceeding the occupancy limit require prior approval. Our house rules and rental agreement must be reviewed and signed prior to our acceptance of the reservation. This will be emailed to the guests after booking on the rental website.While you're booking your stay in the Northern Virginia area, you can relax comfortably in this fully furnished detached home, bringing business and pleasure to your corporate getaway. One Loudoun is within walking distance, and has a variety of restaurants, bars, shops, a fitness center, a movie theater and much more.         Lovely spacious upscale residence.

        We truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. Very quiet, lovely area. Close to shopping and highways. Extremely comfortable with space for everyone. Would highly recommend this property. The property owner has successfully prepared a lovely home for all to enjoy.

          Top notch spot to stay in the Ashburn area

          Bobby's house in Ashburn is second to none. Every amenity is seemingly brand new and in great condition. The house was great for our group of 8 guys who traveled to VA to golf for the weekend. Every detail was covered by Bobby which made for a very easy and relaxing stay. Being just a few minutes walk to the One Loudon community left no shortage of things to do. If you are traveling to the Ashburn/Leesburg/Haymarket areas of Virginia, this is the place you want to stay.

            Awesome Property!

            This house was a great option for me and my family. Awesome updated home in a great area. Close to restaurants and shops. If I am ever in the area again I want to definitely stay here again. Comfortable, very clean and spacious.

              Fabulous, clean and very comfortable home

              My family loved this luxury home in the heart of One Loudon and would go back again. It is very clean and all details were apparent. The beds were very comfortable and the only glitch was that the tv's in the basement and upstairs did not connect with cable. The tv in the great room was terrific and worked consistently.

                Wonderful property

                This property is conviniently located to restaturants, shops and entertainment. Modern and clean, the house offers all amenities necessary for the most delightful stay. Very responsive owner! Highly recommended for family vacation or business travel.
