The place was very clean and very good for the price. The staff was very nice. I didn't like that we were in the second floor and there is not elevator for bring up our cooler and luggages

Much about the property seemed adequate, but cramped, e.g. small bathroom, cramped breakfast area, etc. The building has been renovated, but still some final touches needed, e.g. a disabled ramp at the front door, nicely repainted door but with unpainted hinges, etc. Overall though, pretty good value for the money.

No elevators. My mom is 87 and had to walk up stairs to second floor. I made reservations by my phone. I wasn’t aware that there were no elevators. Overall it was a great experience

The room was newly renovated. It was very clean. I booked w expedia. The front desk didnt have my reservations. They weren't to friendly about it either. The clerk finally slapped the room key down and said "sorry about that" . i didnt feel welcomed at all.

Not quite sure our room was ready for occupancy. Renovations are coming along, but the plastic was still wrapped around the bed base. No rod in the closet to hang coats, no toilet paper holder in the bathroom. Still some plastic packaging on the TV. Not sure if the desk chair was recently assembled but if you lean back too far it might tip over. Grout and paint in the bathroom needs a touch up. Showerhead not completely assembled.

This property was okay, they were under construction. It was fine for the night. I did not feel very safe. The door didn’t feel secure. Most of the room looked remodeled but the things that were (like electrical stuff and wonky door) were really concerning. But for 1 night and the price . I guess we were alright.

Overall good with the remodel. Clean and breakfast was decent. Most staff were friendly. But, front desk gal was snotty on check in, there was no hot water in the shower one morning, and noise from neighboring rooms was high. Ok for the price.

Everything in our room was brand new. We might have been the first guests in that particular room. They have an ongoing remodeling project. Elevator was not available. Breakfast was good.

A good stay
We enjoyed our stay at Quality Inn. It was very clean and quiet. The hotel's location is convenient to shopping and restaurants. The breakfast was excellent it included just about anything you would want or need. The only thing it didn't have that I missed were eggs, either boiled or scrambled.

Everything was wonderful until the next morning. The breakfast looked like it was leftover from the day before. The sausage was shriveled up and the individually wrapped biscuits were dry and too hard to swallow. The only tasty thing was the gravy.
