The room was smelly , dark and not nice

The room was small and most awful was the Smell that did not leave us for the 2 nights we were there. Could not even open a window to get some air. The dark carpet and wood made a very unpleasant atmosphere The carpet looked to dirty to put your feet on The staff were friendly As the most expensive hotel in Asheboro , was very bad value Never return there , though will be in Asheboro for business frequently going forward

I was disappointed at first because my room was too small, but they offer me a bigger room witch was very nice and I had plenty space for my family staff was very professional I had a great time .

Could have helped us more

I had reserved over a month before coming and asked for an adjoining because we had an Autistic individual with us and I got 2 rooms side by side , I had asked for a king bed in one room and a sofa and 2 queens in the other and the girl told me that could work if the rooms were adjoining, then they had assigned one of my rooms to another family also they tried to get in the room after we had our things unpacked so it just didn't turn out to well. To me it was the first time ever that a hotel would not reserve me the adjoining room when you have a health reason for it but I will just have to keep it in mind. And by the way when I was handed the keys , the receptionist told me that one for for the king room and one for the queen. It was rooms 226 and 228
