Room was very clean and spacious. The cable tv had a lot of channels including multiple HBO channels. The full breakfast was good and the dining area was kept clean with plenty of seating. Staff were all very friendly. Overall a pleasant and truly affordable stay.

The staff at this location are extremely friendly and accommodating. Dillion and Hazel are noteworthy. The rooms are exceptionally clean for a “motel” (outside hallways). The location is convenient as well. No complaints

Our stay was very comfortable. The location was convenient for our visit to The Biltmore. The rooms were very clean and well stocked. We were even pleasantly surprised that they offered the indoor pool next door to the guests at this hotel. The kids loved that since it was too cold for an outdoor swim. The staff were very nice and helpful. I have no complaints. The only real thing that could use some improvement is the breakfast. While they do have a big selection the only thing the biscuits, gravy, eggs and sausage wasn’t Great, but there was the waffle maker and plenty of other options. That’s not necessarily a complaint, but more a suggestion for future reference. I would definitely recommend and stay again!

We did not stay. Received a request via text to check-in. When we arrived there was loud music, dogs barking, doors to rooms open, loitering, smoke/pot smell, absolutely terrible. We were charged for the room even after telling the hotel we would not be staying and never occupied the room. DO NOT use the text checkin prior to arrival until you see the property. Absolutely Awful!

Very disappointed in allowing pets. The very kind staff person let me "smell" 5 rooms in an attempt to find a room with the least offensive dog smell. There should be rooms set aside that never allow pets for those who are allergic or just don't want to be in a room where pets have been on/in the beds or furniture or urinated on rugs.

The check in time of 3:00 pm is quite rigid. No exceptions. Arrived at 2:00 pm and was informed it would be $25.00 to heck in early, opted to wait. Breakfast had good selecton of items but eggs were ice cold. Told hostess who did not check eggs after being informed of this. We are regular visitors to Asheville area and there are many other overnite accommodations in the area to select from. Overall clean and comfortable place.

I cannot think of one thing negative to say about this hotel. It was spacious the water got hot almost immediately. The beds were comfortable, the area where you could walk. Your dog was huge and the breakfast was delicious. I cannot believe how cheap it was to stay here. If you don’t pick this hotel, you are not doing your research.

Best Westerns are usually all pretty good. I was given the key to someone else’s room and walked in, I didn’t see anything but a security and safety issue. My heater wouldn’t turn off in the room till I unplugged it each time. Asheville is turning in to a trashy town so wouldn’t stay in the area again

Found this hotel on the fly, as I was camping with my dog and it was too cold. Had my dog with me. Got a room with a hot tub in room. It was fantastic. Quiet and clean.
