Your front desk check in person noticed I had a cane/walking stick that had lost its tip. She immediately pointed this out to me and told me she had some tips. She rushed to the back and quickly placed a firm fitting tip on my walking stick. It made my trip to Asheville possible. Otherwise I would have probably been unable to visit the attractions there. Yesterday was very cold. It was so nice to sit by the warm fire in the lobby. I love this hotel. Have stayed at area luxury brand hotels but this one is the best for me. The front desk people, housekeepers, maintenance, laundry, and free breakfast are all superb. I will be back to stay at Biltmore Hampton Inn! Thanks for all you do!
