Close to Biltmore

Easy check in. Room was nice but freezing cold when we got there. Thankfully we turned on the heat and left for dinner. When we got back it had warmed up.

Nice! Would stay again!

Clean, comfortable, easy to find & good breakfast. Wi-if could be faster, but overall it was great.

Cozy and nice

Great location, great hotel. Very helpful staff. Nice fireplace to welcome you. Room is spacious and clean.

Couch was laid out already and there was a bag of trash lying on the table from whomever stayed previously....kinda odd

Great Location

Pros: Location to Biltmore House
Cons: Breakfast room crowded, we ate elsewhere.
Good price and very close to Biltmore. Comfortable beds.

Only problem was the bed was like sleeping on the floor. Very firm and no cushion at all

Hotel needs update.

Pros: The bed was comfortable and the staff was pleasant.
Cons: The hotel was in need of update, cleaning, and paint.
Location: The hotel is near the Biltmore Estate.
While the staff was pleasant, the building was in need of paint and cleaning. It was old and run down. The bed was comfortable. Unfortunately, we were kept awake by the noise from the highway.

Make sure you confirm your room prior your arrival, including your eclected arrival time - they "gave away" our room.
