Small hotel just a jump away from Biltmore for a fraction of the cost. Super clean, plenty of parking and a well appointed room!

Central location, average breakfast

This hotel easily accessed all locations of interest. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was the same all 4 nights we stayed but get there early, they often ran out of items and it took quite some time for them to restock things like milk, cereal and hot items. Fruit choices very limited.

Pros: Close to Biltmore and dining and shopping.
Cons: larger parking area.
Location: great location
Staff was very pleasant and helpful in giving directions to things to see. Room was comfortable and breakfast was very good. Parking area needs more spaces but overall nice place to stay.

Room was very very small

Pros: The staff was pleasant
Cons: An upgrade on the furniture and bedding and a paint job would be a good idea.
Location: Location was fine for us as we were there for a family wedding which was 15 minutes away.
I had asked Expedia for two queen sized beds, only got one and the room was tiny. When we complained they said it was Expedia's fault but they did switch the room to a slightly larger room with 2 queen beds. The décor was tired and could use an upgrade. The room was clean though. The staff was pleasant but implied that Expedia was our go to option for any corrections. I didn't feel the accommodations were worth the cost. It was also cold in the room and a blanket would have been a nice touch over the thin bed spread.

I am very sorry to hear that there was a mix-up with your room type. We will definitely look into that and do our very best to avoid that in the future. We are also going through renovations very soon and are planning on getting new carpets, mattresses, furniture, drapes, painting, etc. We hope you will consider giving us another chance the next time you are in town to see our improvements!

Nice hotel, close to highway

Loved the Jacuzzi in room, bed was a little hard, but close to hwy, 7 mins from downtown Asheville. Pleasant Staff, hot breakfast. Overall, great experience!

We are going through renovations very soon and are going to be changing out the mattresses, as well as other furnishings in the room. A little outdated. Not bad, but I would probably spend a little more for a updated hotel next time.

Nice hotel. Room very small but comfortable. Have to go to a different floor for ice. Tv difficult to operste.

Easy to reach location. Staff was very helpful. Needed a tire repair and was directed to a local dealer.

Nice/clean hotel near the interstate

The hotel was easy to get to and close to surrounding points of interest. Very clean and the housekeeping staff was really friendly. Free breakfast had a wide variety and several hot items. I will be returning to this property and would recommend it without hesitation.
