Convenient airport hotel

This was just a one night stay after a late flight into Asheville airport. The hotel is very close to the airport and is comfortable with an adequate breakfast. This hotel is pet friendly so that is nice. The only unfortunate surprise was the fact that there is no airport shuttle but a taxi is less than $10 including a generous tip.

Asheville Trip

Pros: Convenience to airport
Cons: Need an airport shuttle. On the other hand, the taxi was only $8 so it worked out.
Location: Many restaurants and the world famous Sierra Nevada Brewery and Bar.
Clean and well updated. Friendly staff and breakfast was always put out early. I would stay here again.

Excellent Choice

The Comfort Inn was spotless, tastefully decorated, the room again spotless and very comfortable. We were very impressed by the staff. Felt very bad they don't get any Holiday Pay. I encourage folks to leave a tip, the pay is inadequate and it must be very difficult to live on their salary.

Very low standard. Poor condition. I moved to Hampton Inn after one night (next building) which was much much better and price was almost the same. Additionally Comfort Inn charged my card over 100$ for smoking in this room despite I did not. Room was stinky from the beginning of my trip (undefined smell, but not tobacco). Nobody called me to inform about it. Probably is too late to dispute smoking charge, so my company will cover this bill. Anyway I will call them again to talk to manager. Be aware they may charge you also to get a better profit. No more Comfort Inn in my life.
