Not nice for the price!Posted Jul 20, 2017
Check in was terrible! The staff kept answering the phone while people were waiting to check in. It took almost 30 minutes! The pool was disgusting. Couldn't get in it. The beds were not comfortable!

Ok for price and locationPosted Jul 12, 2017
Would recommend solely on reasonable price and location. Ok room and breakfast. Heard people walking around in room above us and outside noise kept us up. Staff was nice.

BED BUGSPosted Jun 7, 2017
Pros: SABRINA AT FRONT DESK
THIS HOTEL WAS VERY RAN DOWN. I CHECKED IN AND THERE WAS DRUG ACTIVITY GOING ON IN THE BACK. I GET TO THE ROOM AND FOUND A BED BUG UNDER THE PILLOW. SABRINA WAS VERY NICE AT FRONT DESK AND UNDERSTOOD THE SITUATION. THAT WAS THE ONLY POSITIVE OF THIS HOTEL. I WILL NEVER STAY AGAIN.

A liirle noisy but clean and free meals helpedPosted May 22, 2017
The rooms didn't have a lot of buffer so you heard the upstairs people trudging back and forth. Simple but edible dinner and breakfasts a bonus

Ok for the moneyPosted May 10, 2017
Pros: The food was provided and available for evening and morning meals.
Cons: AC and heating is too noisy and no thermostat so you better get it just right before going to bed.
Location: Not much is close by due to the terrain near Ashville.
No thermostat on the heating. No elevator must climb stairs to the 3rd floor.

Stayed in worse, but luckily not oftenPosted May 9, 2017
Cons: Cleanliness, WiFi, and a more reasonable price
Location: Near Asheville, which has countless outdoor recreation options. The hiking is great.
Room was WAY overpriced for the quality. The WiFi did not work and there was only sketchy 3G/4G internet access available in the area. The only surprising plus was that the room included both breakfast and dinner (chili and salad).

Nice hotel, very reasonable pricePosted Apr 22, 2017
Pros: The staff was friendly and the food was very good.
Cons: The hotel itself could use a little facelift due to it's age.
Location: It was pretty accessible to Asheville which has a lot of "stuff" to do. Looking Glass Falls is pretty close too.
I got reservations in this Days Inn because it was much more reasonable in price than many others. While we usually only stay in a hotel that includes breakfast, this hotel also included dinner as well! The cook did a great job and it was nice not to have to go out and fight crowds at a restaurant after a day of sight seeing.
