The loft has been home to vacationers since 1997, offering designated free parking in the rear of the building on Carolina Lane and is well located in the heart of the city, making it a great choice for those desiring close proximity to shopping, dining and the vibrant nightlife of eclectic Asheville.
We partner with POP Rentals Asheville to deliver top notch guest services and hospitality.
The loft has been a long time neighbor of restaurants, including Mellow Mushroom , Wasabi, Strada, Over Easy, as well as cafes like Green Sage and the beloved Old Europe, bars , music & event venues and art galleries. Park up to two mid-sized cars in the reserved space behind the building on Carolina Lane and walk to everything. After a full day in the 'Land of Sky', retire to a private second story retreat to relax and rejuvenate before heading out again.
The open floor area in the shared living area combined with the privacy of the 2 bedrooms, allows guests to choose to enjoy their fellow travelers or the privacy of their own room.

The Loft has been home to vacationers since 1997, offering free parking in the rear of the building for most mid-size SUVs (huge SUV's & full size trucks might have trouble accessing the parking spaces). The nearest public parking garage is just two blocks away on Rankin Ave. for max $20/day or $2.00/hour for less than 24 hrs.

The loft was in a great location for walkabouts! Clean and comfortable. It would be helpful to update the pictures to accurately reflect the blueprint and a little more details for working the TV!

Better than we could have imagined!
We had an amazing weekend in Asheville, and this VRBO was 100% the reason why! The location is perfect - right in the heart of everything. The space itself is wonderful - spacious living room, large sectional, full kitchen, and two bedrooms. No issues whatsoever; all instructions (check-in, check-out, parking, tv, etc) are accurate and clear. We will definitely be staying here again.
