I have been on a 13 week assignment and stayed here for the past 7 weeks it has been good service and room quiet and comfortable.

The room was supposedly “nonsmoking”, but upon entering it had clearly been smoked in. The room next to us was clearly housing people and they also were smoking while leaving the door to their room open. At 2am there was music, loud conversation and the smell of pot and smoke increased. The bathroom had soap scum on the shower. The room was hot, though the air conditioning was on high and temperature as low as possible. We will NEVER stay at a Choice run hotel again, regardless of the price.

I called the hotel early on the 19th to let them know that we would be getting in late due to traffic on our way. I made sure to inform the front desk it would be early morning on the 20th. I was assured it was fine. When we arrived at 4am we were told our reservation was cancelled, we didnt have a room, and that we wouldnt be charged... funnily enough i was charged and we ended up having to sleep in our car. Im disgusted with this hotel and their customer service. Complete lack of communication, customer service, and integrity. There are plenty of other hotels in the area, use one of those.

I checked in, took a shower, then immediately book a reservation with a different hotel instead. This hotel is terrible to the max, and there is no way I would feel comfortable leaving my vehicle parked in their parking lot overnight.

The persons at the desk were kind and friendly especially Mr Torres-the room was clean—I was disappointed that there was no plus for the bathtub as I needed a soak—I would use this Quality Inn again when I spend the night in Asheville, NC

Clean and pleasant stay for your affordability.
You definitely get what you pay for. However, the room and bathroom were really clean and odorless. The breakfast was continental but overall had healthy options. Plus those microwavable jimmy Dean's breakfast sandwhiches my husband loved. Great addition! The service was good as well. Thank you for providing an affordable and pleasant stay.

Great value in the Asheville area!
We were in Asheville for two nights to attend a family wedding. We were checked in efficiently by a friendly lady at the front desk. Our room was very clean and had plenty of room for our needs. The hotel was close to the highway and many businesses but was still very quiet. Breakfast choices were limited but they had waffles and breakfast sandwiches which was fine with us. I was even able to print out a few things we needed at the last minute for the wedding on the printer in the main area. The only thing that could have been better is the number of available outlets in the room. I had to move the coffee maker from the desk to the vanity area to plug it in. Not the end of the world but just an fyi. There are several chain restaurants and gas stations nearby, and a Walmart about a mile and a half away for any basic necessities.
