Located just minutes from downtown Asheville and close to UNCA, shopping, parks, including the newly built Silver-Line Park on the French Broad River.

Upon entering the abundance of natural light will wash over you. With hardwood floors throughout, the open floor plan, the clean lines and attention to detail are obvious. The living room flows right into the fully functional kitchen, with stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops where everyone will gather to create memories.

You will have plenty of space to unwind and gather with your group inside and out. Head down to the game room with foosball, an arcade game, Adult size Connect4 game and large screen tv. Wifi is provided throughout as well. The covered back porch is the perfect space to take in the mountain air. And don't forget about the fire-pit! Pets: The owners WELCOME dogs, so please let us know. There is a $200 non-refundable per pet fee with a limit of 4 dogs per booking party.. (This is NOT automatically added by VRBO, TripAdvisor or Airbnb, so please let us know so that we can add the fee for you)

Early Check In and/or Late Check Out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. If it is possible, there may be an additional fee that would be determined based on the time that you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates.
