We booked the suite for the jacuzzi tub which was incapable of filling with hot water. It is deceptive to list the tub as one of the suite’s amenities. It is not functional me and clearly has never been fully functional.

We had never stayed at this property before but I will say right now we intend on going back as often as we visit Asheville. The entire staff and experience from driving up to leaving was everything we had hoped we would get from our stay.
