When checking in, took my phone #, room wasn’t ready, we left property, came back after
1.5 hours to check, another person was at front desk, said they called, the phone # was written down in correct, so that wasn’t good!!!! I didn’t appreciate it!!!

Great 4 day stay to explore Asheville. The hotel was clean, quiet, pleasantly decorated. Found our suite to be quite roomy and comfy. Only ding is that the food at breakfast was never really warm yet alone hot.

发布日期:2023年4月26日 发布在:HotelsWasn’t told that I needed to have my room cleaned if I wanted that. 4 night stay and only had the room cleaned once because I asked for it. Breakfasts are less than desirable. The staff is great but the food options are terrible. I guess I expected more from a Hilton.
