Parking was super easy and we were able to check in early. The hotel is in the perfect location to walk anywhere downtown. All employees have been super nice so far.

This review is for a penthouse unit. It is much cheaper than other similar units in town and for good reason we learned. First, the good: 1) pretty good location overall. Not exactly in the middle of things but very close. Bonus points for proximity to the pinball museum. 2) the views are great, at least 20' windows with a balcony and fireplace 3) limited interaction with staff but everyone was always pleasant. (We didn't raise concerns with the room that perhaps we should have, but I'm there to relax and not have conflict.) The bad: 1) There's no getting around that the place was just dirty. (Cobwebs between the bed and nightstand, floor boards around the rooms, the clear glass lamp with visible dust and bugs.) It wasn't filthy & disgusting; it's just not how I'd keep my home and made us a little uncomfortable. 2) the noise from the traffic is horrible. They apparently didn't install insulated windows like you would have in a condominium unit to keep outside noise down. 3) hands down the most uncomfortable sofa I've ever sat on. No exaggeration or pillows on it for that matter). 4) it has what is essentially a kitchen area with about 5 cabinets and drawers, a sink, coffee maker and mini fridge BUT they don't give you any plates or utensils (disposable would have been welcomed) and no microwave.

The hotel itself and the rooms are excellent, and so is the staff. The only downsides are valet parking only, and the bar food. Valet parking was overly expensive and inconvenient, with conditions put on which type of parking (day or overnight) would allow for in and out access. There’s no restaurant or kitchen, per se, so on a very rainy night I had the choice of walking in the rain to a nearby restaurant or getting a poor pizza at the bar. These are not meant to sound like complaints, simply the realities of what could make an excellent hotel an exceptional one. I would stay there again. Thanks!

The location is wonderful, you are centrally located in downtown and can walk to shops and restaurants. The staff was kind and very helpful. The room was very clean. My only complaints are that they scent they use in the hotel and s sweet and off putting if you have sensitivity to sweet smells or allergies. Additionally, for a 3 and a half star property the toliet paper and kleenex are rough and seem cheap. After 3 nights we were done with it.

We stay in one of executive unit with our son. It is very spacious. My son has a TV in his section and we have one for us. There is a celling height wall separate the room to provide more privacy. We really enjoy staying there. Very clean and upgraded deco.

Extremely disappoint... we book the penthouse room on thanksgiving weekend.. we have been coming there for years twice a year to be exactly to visited our daughter.. Our first night we realize that he was no soap in the shower dispenser. And no tissue in the room so i call the front desk he was about 9:30 in evening. i was told that if I want this two missing items i would have to go downstairs myself, we just travel 6 hours and exhausted and I was aired undress i didn’t think that was handle properly... also the next day we left our room to do some errands on our return all the missing where replace but the room was done half way floor was full of crumbs from the breakfast that we have in the room .. Front desk staff are not pleasant and arrogant at all except for the young lady. We are not lucking for a refund but the management obviously need to be where of this situation. We love this place sad to see it going down…

The penthouse rooms were spacious and a great value for what we needed. The furnishings were dated and need to be replaced. I would have expected a full service restaurant instead of a basic cafe. The cafe also had limited hours. Could be great if they update the rooms a bit.

Overpriced
The hotel is nice but over priced for what you received. Not to mention the was food from the previous guest. It was brought up and they offered nothing in return. You can not have cleanliness posting all over the hotel… Then have dirty rooms!

Awesome stay & would recommend to everyone. Only complaint is the valet-only parking. I understand there’s really nowhere else to park, but I hate having to get my car out every time I want to leave.
