Lovely B&BPosted Oct 1, 2015
We loved our stay. Great location to everything you would want to do in Asheville. The innkeepers love what they do and it shows. Amazing breakfast!

Owners were nice, staff was hostile, room was small and food was great...not a bad experience but I won't be seeking them out again.

Lovely B&B with fantastic host and hostess. We stayed in their smallest room whivh was great for one night but would have chosen a larger one for a longer stay. All amenities are up-to-date but charming. Food was excellent.

Six BR B&B Gem in AshevillePosted Jul 5, 2015 on Hotels
We stayed one night as part of a driving trip and wished we stayed longer. Everything was top shelf. The room was large and clean, HDTV/DVD, secure and free wi-fi,, and spacious bath. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful and we had nice conversations with the other guests.

Good B&BPosted Jun 17, 2015
Cons: Cramped bedroom if you have luggage
Location: Asheville is a fun place to explore, especially on a warm june evening
We had a friendly welcome, helpful advice about where to eat (which we took), and an excellent breakfast the next day. The room was pleasant , but quite cramped.

What a beautiful place this is and the service from the resident owners is fantastic. Maybe a bit too Victorian for this guy but still very comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was wonderful and un-hurried. I would stay again.

Excellent visit; we will return.Posted May 13, 2015 on Hotels
All the positive online reviews you'll read about North Lodge are completely accurate. My wife and I extended our vacation by one day to drive through the beautiful mountains surrounding Asheville and booked the North Lodge at the last minute. A bit later the Lodge owner called to confirm our stay and ask about any dietary restrictions for the breakfast. The home is in excellent condition, the food is wonderful ...oh, just book it. You'll love it. Two issues to bear in mind: the Lodge is a short 1.5 mile drive to downtown Asheville and you'll need to use PayPal or MasterCard to book the reservation.

Perfect location for early visits for the Biltmore House and to go out for dinner downtown. Great owners that were helpful with recommendations for things to do around the area.
