Beautiful four-story townhome located in the popular South Slope district of downtown Asheville. You will not want to miss staying in this luxury home that is equipped with a private elevator for convenient access to all floors and a roof-top patio that boasts mountain and city views.
You'll step right outside your front door to local breweries, restaurants, and spas while also conveniently located to the Biltmore Estate and the Blue Ridge Parkway.
Security cameras, for your safety, are located at the front and back exteriors of the property. This is a residential complex; please be mindful of your neighbors and refer to the quiet hours and HOA rules listed below:
The maximum number of guests occupying this townhome can not exceed 6 people. If occupancy exceeds 6, Towns Property Management, Inc reserves the right to evict guests.
No house parties are permitted in the home and there is a strict 10:00 PM noise ordinance. Violation of any property rules listed above can result in eviction. Upon eviction, no refund will be issued to the guest.

Asheville gem
This property is close to town in an up and coming neighborhood and has all amenities that you need. It is very clean and comfortable and away from the noise of the main shopping/restaurant area. The garage is a bonus as is the private elevator in this 4 story unit.

Like New Four (4) years old...
This property is so highly maintained it seems "like new." The internet was poor, so we used our Verizon Jet Pack and or phone as a Hot Spot. The private elevator makes getting between floors a breeze. The property is located in an area that is being revitalized and is located within 5-10 minutes walking (3 minutes driving) to many nice restaurants. We would definately stay here again.
