Don't stay here. It's terrible.

Cons: Everything.
The worst experience ever. The place is moldy and dirty. The staff ignores you and gives you no service. We didn't get housekeeping. When my husband called the desk at 4 pm and asked if housekeeping would be showing, he was asked why did he need housekeeping. The sheets and pillows were dirty to start with. We don't think we had fresh sheets. I had to go to the desk and get TP and tissues and fresh towels. We slept on top of the sheets, and checked out early in the AM.

The Ramada was HORRIBLE! Ants were everywhere!

Location: That was not even a concern for us. We just wanted to leave the hotel as soon as possible.
The Ramada was HORRIBLE! There were ants all over our hotel room and management did not even come to look at our room when I called. I had to call back a second time and was told that we could not be moved until after 3pm because they were sold out. I am pregnant and have a two year old son and ants were on all of us (including my husband). Expedia customer service was HORRIBLE as well...we were on the phone with them for almost 3 hours in total (after being disconnected with the Relocation department and not even receiving a return phone call, even though the representative asked for a call back number just in case we did get disconnected). I will NEVER book with Expedia again and definitely will not recommend them to anyone!

Hotel hasn't been updated in decades and maybe never. Non-smoking room reeked of smoke. Wi-Fi didn't work. A/C unit is probably the original -- perhaps installed in the 1960s or 1970s. The room was otherwise "clean," excepting the odor. Switched hotels after the first uncomfortable night. Recommendation: stay away.

Biltmore visit

I read the reviews after I booked the room. It was a 50/50 shot. Was going to cancel. But I'm glad it didn't. The overall to me was a 4.5. The bathroom and bedz were outdated. Would stay there again

Only wish mattress was softer and without lumps. Everything else great. Remember to request 2nd floor if u can't do stairs. No elevator.
