Pros: It let me bring my pets.
Cons: Monitoring of unruly guests
Room next door had people yelling all night long over owing money and drugs. Not a good experience. Left a day early. Haven't seen a refund of that day.

I checked with the front desk, and we never got this feedback during your stay. I can assure you that if there are issues with guests in nearby rooms, we would have promptly took care of it and asked those guests to leave. We want all of our guests to have an enjoyable experience. Please always bring these concerns directly to the front desk. We cannot improve a guest's experience if they do not give us an opportunity to do so.

They charged me for "extra" people in the room even though it was a room with 2 double beds. I wasn't allowed to have 4 people in there without paying an "EXTRA" fee. I would avoid at all costs.

Unfortunately the rate is consistent on Expedia as well. The rates that are set are for 2 adults in the room (no matter how many beds are in the room). For most hotels you will have to pay an additional fee for 3 or 4 adults in the room.

Room newly renovated, so very clean. Bed/pillows not so comfy. Towels newish but scimpy. Grounds needed a lot of work, looked unkempt. Hot breakfast was about as fast food as you could get, with only apples for fruit selection. Staff friendly and helpful as necessary.

Not worth the money

Bed extremely uncomfortable. We both sunk into the middle. Stains on shower curtain.

The employees were rude. The bed was broken, the microwave didn't work, an employee kept trying to just walk into our room starting at 9am and check out wasn't till 12. Completely overpriced and to top it off they tried to use the card we left on file to charge us for our night even though we had paid through Expedia after we had checked out, luckily I gave them a card with a low balance so it declined but the man called saying that we had to pay for our room an hour after we were gone.

Expedia has reservations that are pre-paid as well as pay upon arrival, and our new employee got a bit confused. Clean, easy check in, friendly staff, thought the mattress was a little hard but other person I was with thought it was fine.

Pros: Smoking rooms
Cons: Put in an elevator or have staff to help with luggage
Location: Asheville, no. Attended a vintage fair
No elevator in motel and had to walk down two flights of stairs carrying luggage with no offer of help from staff

Meh... wouldn't stay again.

There were dirty sheets, dirty towels. Very lumpy pillows, extremely hard bed. The room was stinky. There were incidents with gunshots. The food was OK.
