Will stay again, nice place!
Motel is nice, clean, convenient, staff is nice, the stragglers in the parking lot, possibly homeless (not sure) are scary, need outside security or law enforcement doing timely checks as to make paying guests feel safer and feel like they’re vehicles want be vandalized.

Not the best Res Roof In
This red roof Inn is not as updated as several others that I have stayed in. While there were some updates, there needs to be even more updates. The rooms were clean, but definitely could’ve been cleaner. There are no refrigerators, coffee, pots or microwaves in the rooms. The exterior of the building also leaves to be desired. The concrete walkways are in desperate need of pressure washing and are pretty disgusting looking. Also, I’m pretty sure they do weekly or long-term rentals, which sometimes does not lead to desired clientele.

The clerk on duty, Billy, was amazing. When we arrived we were told our reservation showed cancelled, even though I had called earlier in the day to confirm. Billy was very reassuring and promised to get us squared away quickly, which he did. The room was clean but one of the mattresses' was horrible, I could feel the springs...also there was no coffee pot in the room which was disappointing.

Staff was very nice and helpful and room was clean except for the bathtub. The area felt unsafe though as lots of shady characters were hanging around. It looked like they were waiting on drug deals.

Good Priced 1 Night Stay
Perfectly fine for 1 night stay at a good price. Could have sworn the ad said price included breakfast, but, this hotel claims they have never offered breakfast, and in fact had no are for it. You do get free coffee or tea though, but plan accordingly if you want breakfast on a tight schedule.

Door would not open. Maintenance came to look. No door handle on inside of door. Moved to another room and while the door worked, you had to life up to get it open. Deadlock was not functioning properly. Hotel was dirty. Top to bottom.

Ok stay for the price
I believe that there was a rat in the ceiling chewing on something at night. By the 2nd day my room stared to smell like a rat nest. I stayed at the hotel for 5 days, but no one came and freshened the room for me, so I had the same two towels the whole stay, which was fine because I usually use a towel for 2 days and then get a clean one on day 3. The over all cleanest of the room was ok and I guess I really didn’t need the room cleaned but clean towels would have been nice after the 3 day.
