Decent but there are better Hotels in Asheville

Arrived late around midnight. The parking lot was very full and I wasn't offered valet service. My wife and I were travelling with our infant and had quite a bit of luggage and we weren't offered bell service. I assume the lack of both were due to the late arrival, however, it should have been explained at check in if that's the case. The bed was comfortable and the room nice enough however there were several bulbs out in the bathroom mirror fixture which made the room quite dim. Overall the building is dated. For the same money, I'd prefer to stay at the Aloft or Indigo.
