Nice hotel close to the airport

Pros: Pool, mattress, breakfast, restaurant, bar.
Location: Very close to airport and Sierra Nevada brewery.
The mattress was of good quality. Breakfast was good, but it was crowded, Labor Day weekend. The pool was nice. The indoor portion was heated to a nice warm temperature. Connected restaurant, bar was good.

Very Disappointed

First they gave us the wrong key and we ended up in a room with other people's luggage...then in the morning the shuttle wasn't available to take us to the airport...we won't be back and we typically stay there at least 2-3 times per month! Never again!

clean, comfortable but smelled

The room was clean and comfortable but the entire wing including our room smelled like fried food for the entire time we were there.

There was a problem with check in as the clerk tried to bill me for a prepaid Expedia reservation. It seems that this information should be available and I shouldn't have to pull up my Expedia receipt on my phone.

Nice and clean. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Pool area was real nice as well as the breakfast area.

The hotel was nice- however, under renovation in some areas- one elevator with several different wings- makes it a little difficult if trying to take luggage in without multiple trips to vehicle in parking area. Also construction in the general area- a little busy getting to the hotel.

Our stay was overall good, but they really skimp on the breakfast in the mornings (not on options, they have many things, but they were out of several items each morning and were not quick to refil them.) We ate at 9 am each morning, and I had to ask for more: milk, knives, waffle batter, bowls, plates, yogurt, sausage, eggs, and potatoes. They need to either staff more people or refil food in larger quantities.
