Very nice hotel helpful staff.

Pros: Breakfast was very nice. Staff very helpful.
Cons: enclose the pool
We had booked with another hotel closer to our activity. Notified the day before hotel overbooked or reservation cancelled. Expedia found this one, more money (which they covered) but further away from our venue. Hotel was nice but not worth the rates. Outdoor pool and Jacuzzi nice but not useable in winter months or inclimate weather. Like the chain just not the location we were looking for.

Best mattresses ever!

Our family loved our suite and the amenities, and the mattresses were the best I'd ever slept on! Very friendly staff, especially the lovely woman managing the breakfast. She made our morning!!

Not the friendliest staff

At check in, I was informed their pool was down due to maintenance. No where was this posted on Expedia. I informed the front desk clerk of this and that I specifically chose this hotel because of the outdoor pool. Needless to say this was disheartening. She handed me a $15.00 Starbucks gift card because she "felt bad". Big deal. We paid for a amenity we were not able to use. Lady running the breakfast was awesome. She worked her tail off, was very polite and made sure the guests had what they needed. She was the standout employee among everyone we encountered. Give this lady some recognition! We reserved a room for 3 nights (Sat, Sun, and Mon). We asked the front desk clerk (Nicki) if we could extend our reservation 2 more days, checking out on Thursday.She said we could but the price would increase. What???? She said they are busier during the week than the weekends. I asked if they could keep the price the same. She said no, that they were a "corporate" location. Thank you for not accommodating us. This was rude, and completely turned us off of Hampton Inns across the board. We checked out after our 3 days and went elsewhere. Please avoid putting people in a customer service position when this is not their strong trait.

Camp dropoff visit

Room is comfortable and clean. Breakfast buffet was really good. We were disappointed that the pool was out of service for a couple of weeks (which didn't make sense during the summer) but they made arrangements so out kids could swim at another nearby Hampton Inn.
