My experience at this hotel was fine. The room was clean and the hotel staff at check-in and check-out was very nice.

What you would expect for a motel. Price was too high. The breakfast was decent.

Clean room with hard floor

Posted Oct 19, 2017
The hotel is close to airport, but noise level was minimal. The room looked and smelled fresh. The hard floor was especially pleasant. The room was with a fridge and a microwave. The complimentary breakfast was good enough.

We have routine pest maintenance with Orkin and we have not had any complaints of roaches in a long time not since the contract with Orkin started, however we are an outdoor hotel so bugs come onto the walkways but either way I am sorry you chose not to stay with us have a wonderful day

5 minutes from airport

Had an excellent stay. On outside hotel a little dated but room was excellent: clean, updated, and comfortable. Front desk was very personable and friendly. Door needed chain lock. Close to shopping and dining. Would definitely stay again.

Hotel rooms are renovated, older hotel in a safe area. Great that they were dog friendly and had free breakfast. Room was clean but would suggest they fully renovated instead of just painting over. Used hotel due to hurricane evacuation. Great area for hiking the local state parks.

No Courtesy Van

Posted Sep 7, 2017
Pros: Firm beds.
Location: Didn't stay long enough.
Did not have a Courtesy Van at the Airport so we had to take a taxi to the Super 8 and Uber to take back to airport to pick up our rental car the next day.

Service was great! Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable & it was in a great location. Outside of hotel looked outdated, but rooms appeared to have been remodeled & nice.

not so good of a stay

Posted Sep 4, 2017
Pros: Air conditioning worked fine, Slept good. Mc donalds breakfast was just down the road.
Cons: Make the staff aware of the little things that make the stay better. 1. letting food run out at 8:50 am 2. Insure room security is maintained (door
Location: Town of Ashville, Biltmore house, good banjo music on Saturday nights during the summer.
We checked in and found that the door on our room (130) would not lock. That is with the handle or the dead bolt. Neather would lock the door. the plungers would not engage the door frame and you could just push the door open. I had to put a bench in front of the door to keep it closed and give us some security for the night. Talked to the desk clerk and he told me "he was not a maintenance man and he had no one there to fix it" I asked the day time desk clerk about it and she didn't seem to concerned. She did make out a work order for the maintenance men when he got there. The breakfast area ran out of food and I had to run down the desk clerk to get more sliced bread and yogurts . The coffee was terrible, almost sliceable. I have had good experiences at other Motel 8 s
