Clean, spacious, and friendly.

Scott at the front desk was very courteous, brightened my wife’s and my stay. Breakfast was hot and good. Cappuccino machine was yum.

Great staff really clean just can't sleep

Pros: Staff really helpful. Nice pool area. really clean.
Cons: The bed was the only thing.
Location: Lots of things to do nearby shopping, plenty of restaurants, hiking sightseeing etc.
Everything was great about the hotel except the mattress was too hard to sleep on. The staff was great. Breakfast was really good with a lot of choices room was really clean and the staff was really helpful but the bed ruined all of that because you have to be able to sleep. Tried getting extra blankets and folding it beneath me but even that didn't work. Great hotel but better bring an egg crate topper or air mattress.

Few hotels have a breakfast as good. The staff was extremely engaging and helpful.

Nice place to stop

Nice place to stop with restaurants and shopping near by. The only downfalls was a noisy air conditioner and a creaky "box spring" on the beaf

I'm so sorry your stay didn't meet your expectations. I will get maintenance to check the ac unit in that room so no other guest will have to experience that.

Very nice hotel!

Location was great and staff was friendly! We definitely stay here more often when in the area. Nice restaurants close by that make it easy to get too. Breakfast was served at the hotel and was really great.

Okay for the price I expect nicer beds.

It was okay. I have slept on quieter beds and someone hid little shot bottles all over the room that house cleaning had missed. Ot was good though. But for the price nicer beds and a deeper cleaning was expected.

Clean room. Good breakfast. Not perfect.

Clean room. Had some trouble with having separate reservations for added night. Wife got terse phone call about "not checking out" although I had second night in the system. TV signal poor and couldn't get HBO to work even after asking at the front desk.

We had a room for persons with special needs. The bathroom shower floor was sticky and there was black mold in the corner on the floor just outside the shower. The place needs a remodel very old looking and could use some new carpet and paint.
