Excellent bargain

Pros: See above
Cons: If you want to be picky there was a crack in the glass covering one of the pictures on the wall.
Location: Close to Ashland KY on Rt 60
Very friendly staff, park at the door, good bed, not overly fancy but clean.& well maintained.

Great place

Location: Easy access & easy to find. On rt 60 south of Ashland KY. 2 or 3 resturants within about a mile
Very nice place, friendly staff, good rates, etc. Not a resort but if you are looking for a good, reasonable place to stay this one is tops.

Room not very clean, roach infested .Out dated and in need of repair and upgrades.

Pros: The staff was nice.
Cons: It needs a complete overhaul.
Staff was nice. ONLY good thing about our stay. The room was deplorable. Holes in the walls, cigg burns in the blankets and pillows, wallpaper peeling off of the walls, cobwebs everywhere, DISGUSTING. Got stuck at this place because our reservation at Comfort Suites got cancelled by the hotel without communication to us, due to flooding issues. We went to watch a college football game in Huntington WV and this was the only room left within 50 miles. What a terrible place.

Book cheap...get cheap

The room was cheap there fore I got cheap...Bed was uncomfortable, TV was an old CRT TV... the electrical outlets in the room except for the one next to the sink would not hold any plugs securely.. just pony up a little more money elsewhere.

Spartan, clean barely adequate.

We were ready to accept the Spartan and time worn room because it was truly clean and acceptably comfortable until it came to the "continental breakfast ". Boxed, mundane pastry was the sparse choice. I found a packet of oatmeal which I fixed, then could find no milk. When I asked desk clerk, she said the Board of Health would not let them offer milk. Probably will not come back a third time.
