When we checked in the man was bothered by us being there. Like we interrupted his time. Nothing in the room worked. The fridge and the shower didn’t work at all. And the entire place was falling apart and I wouldn’t take my shoes off. We couldn’t get another room so we left without a refund. Expensive lesson.

Got to hotel late and had to beat on the door to get someone to let me in. Got room key and had to walk back thru snow in parking lot to get the card programmed. Got in room and heat was off. Room was frigid since it was about 20 degrees outside. Hotel is adjacent to a rail yard so trains came through blowing horns all night. At check in breakfast was explained but next morning the only thing offered was fruit loops and coffee. I would not recommend staying here unless there were no other options.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused during your stay. But accidently the keycard deactivated by you by putting it together with keys or wallet. The heat was on auto mode. You came for the breakfast after hours and even fd offered you something which you declined.

It's an older motel across from the railroad but it's economical and they were very friendly and accommodating.

Towels were permanently stained and yellowed. The sheets were the same. Looked dingy and dirty. Bathtub looked like it had been repaired way too many times. Door didn't seal at the bottom. Paint chipping off ceiling.

First of all it was not disclosed that it was by a very busy railroad tracks, trains all night blowing horns! Lukewarm water greeted us the next morning in a tub that was so dirty I refrained from even taking a shower! Got dressed and ready to leave and a croachroach comes crawling across the floor, very large, I want my money back period and do not reccommend!!!

Our website do mentioned about the active train track. We didnt find any roach in the room during cleaning room. You should bring this to our attention we would have refund it right away if you had problem about it.

The hotel room was shabby. Lots of band aid repairs, air con very loud. It was clean, but still now what I would expect from a Hampton Inn. Breakfast was a joke. No cream, coffee was not good. The worst thing was the location - a VERY active train track was a block or 2 away. I woke up every time the trains came through - which VERY often,

We can’t believe they’d build a motel on a main artery and very busy railroad! Actually by bedtime the whistle blowing had stopped and began again at 7:00 am on the dot so we got a relatively quiet night sleep.

Room was dirty no clean towels the bed was clean the garbage had not been taken out. The owner refused to change my room I couldn't get clean towels from the woman in the lobby I would have had to wait for the owner to come and get towels. He was a very rude man

Not good no breakfast as advertised. Towels stained furniture in need of repairs. If you like trains you would like this room got to hear them all night.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We do have breakfast. You didn’t show up to breakfast as I know. And we do have active railroad across the hotel and it is mentioned on the website as well as at check in during you sign folio.
DO NOT STAY HERE! Right across from railroad tracks & train runs every half hour (lots of noise). Meager supply of towels and even those were dirty looking. No ice in ice machine. Bathroom door didn't latch or lock. I booked online with credit card and they told me they had to charge a $100.00 authorization fee (as of today, they have charged me a second time!) I'm waiting 24 hours for the fees to be reversed and then I will call to complain. Worst place ever!!!!!

Not so good! My husband had to crawl on his hands and knees to plug in the heater. The heater was super noisy. The train across the street was LOUD...really LOUD. We were informed breakfast was "suspended". Giving it 2 stars is being kind. Avoid!

Location of this hotel directly across street from gated railroad crossing meant frequent long freight trains sounding their air horns day & night right outside room doors opening to outside. No way to sleep through 8 trains passing during night. Breakfast was slightly better than continental. The one hotel staff person was very nice and was very busy.
Asked for refund was agreed to. Instead of refunding me they double charged me and claimed that never happened. Refused to do anything to assist. Choice hotels had to be contacted to resolve issue. Stay away from this place if you care about customer service.

We never charged second time since we already refunded and it take 7-10 business days to process it.
The breakfast was not at all good. We could play hockey with the biscuits. There was no decaffeinated coffee. There was only wheat bread for toast, no white, hard on people allergic to wheat.

When I got to the Hotel, I had paid Hotels.com 128.00 for one night. Went in to pay my pet fee and was told they didn’t have a pet room available. Told me to get my money back from Hotels.com. When I called hotels.com they called Quality inn and he told them I couldn’t be refunded because of pets. It was a terrible experience and I think hotels.com and Quality inn are both crooks. They use pets as an excuse to cheat you out of a nights stay. I’m a widow raising a granddaughter and I don’t have money to give them. It was terrible and I’ll never use either service again.
