Not up to par.

Pros: Not much.
Cons: Most everything,
Location: Avoid the Albertson's deli across the street. The chicken I bought there was awful. So dry I could not chew it.
My expectations of a Super 8 are pretty simple, reasonably clean, quiet and comfortable. I usually find 8's to meet those expectations This hotel failed miserably,. From a comfort perspective, the mattress on the bed is in the running for the worst I can remember. Vaguely reminiscent of a camp cot. Couple that with an A/C unit that is about as loud as a 747 at takeoff power, and it adds up to a pretty bad night. In fact, I finally turned off the A/C, choosing to sweat a bit (it was 100+ in Ashland) rather than listen to the thing. In fairness the room was clean, though very dated, with flaking paint, lots of scuffs and scratches. Though I did not use it, the room had a CRT TV set. I haven't seen one of those in many years.

MUSTY

Pros: nothing
Cons: the cleanliness
We checked and got into room. it was Musty/mildew smell. I turned on A/C to see if that would help - it did not. it was so bad my daughter had to use her inhaler. We immediately went to desk - was offered to try another room, but the smell was in the hall as well.

we changed hotels because it was so bad

Bugs in the first room...need I say more? Tankfully Expedia reimbursed us a portion but we gave up $107 usd to not have to stay there.

Simply and Quiet

Pros: it was located in a good area.
Cons: The rooms need major upgrades.
Location: grocery stores, starbucks, restaurants not to far away.
It was a great experience. Staff was friendly and very respectful The rooms are need upgrades and old, but good place to stay.

Pros: Location and rates were OK.
Cons: A remodel and new furnishings are needed.
Location: Access to freeway and city good.
The room was only OK and there is lots of wear and tear.

Restful

Pros: Clean and quiet room.
Cons: Nothing
Location: Did not do any activates during this stay but there are a lot of things to do nearby. Shopping, boating, hiking, camping etc.
Great place to get a good nights rest. Quiet, clean room and helpful staff. I would stay here again.

Not that cheap for the condition of the hotel. If your in a pinch it's the cheapest.

Nice location when traveling.

Room dirty. Bathtub leaks, walls filthy. No outlets. The one outlet in bathroom was burnt. Bed was comfortable. Nice locations to restaurants.

Great bargain in this location

Really nice for the price. Decent breakfast and a staff who were on top of every detail. Clean room and a nice location within easy walking distance of Disneyland and lots of dining options.
