I understand that for such a low price you can't expect miracles, but it would be nice not to see poop in the toilet after someone else and dirty sheets in our room

Basic
This hotel is about as basic as it gets. The showers and toilets are shared. In the room there was a bed with bedding, a tv on the wall and a washbasin in the corner. Bring your own towels and soap - luckily we had some. It was 43C when we stayed and there is no air conditioning and it’s very noisy. It was at least clean but very expensive at $55 for what is effectively a hostel.
