"We stayed here for a couple of nights on our way further south in France.The location is so quiet and pretty and the fenced garden meant we could relax and not worry about the dog or the kids wandering too far. The pool is ideal for small kids with a clever ladder which means when you don’t want them to get in you can remove the ladder. "Very nice property, lots of space. Great to have 2 swimming pools, one indoor and one outdoor, including hot shower outside: heaven ! Property owner is very nice and helpful. Near to small towns and fun activities to do in the area such as horseback riding, canoe and game parc (bowling, laser game, mini golf, etc). Would definitely come back to in future."

"We loved our stay at Fonclaire. The tent was well equipped, the facilities always clean and tidy. The play park and pool were perfect. And the site attracts others like us so the kids all played together in the middle of the field. It was really lovely and we will be back! "

We were met at the property, given all the details about the cottages and throughout, our hosts stayed in touch and were extremely helpful in providing information about eating out and activities in the area. The accommodation was extremely comfortable, well appointed and lacked for nothing. In short, we had a wonderful time and will certainly consider booking again without hesitation."

"Its a lovely family run hotel, the owner has excellant customer service skills and all of the staff make the effort to make you feel like a valued customer. Yes aspects of the rooms could do with a refresh butit is easy to overlook that. The food was very good and good value for money. It was my wife's birthday whilst we were there and when the owner realised they arranged for her dessert to be brought out with an candle in it and Happy Birthday written in chocolate!"

"Clean, sterile, functional. Rather like a renovated older Motel 6 in the states. Friendly and helpful desk clerk. Spoke enough English to help. Good shower (no tub). Room had effective heater once management turned it on, and an openable window. No space devoted to art work, although our room had a yellow wall. We opted to eat at the hotel restaurant because otherwise we’d have to drive. friendly chef and server. We opted for the menu of the day which started with a “pizza” followed by something like chicken along with some decent potatoes. Better than expected. We had low expectations. We would stay here again."
