Great hotel in Aspen

Posted Mar 20, 2017
A wonderful hotel honoring a modernist design aesthetic in every detail. Huge rooms and bucolic setting on the edge of Aspen; one is in the heart of the town in a few minutes via shuttle that runs throughout the day; staff very professional. Jacuzzi and pool have fabulous views. A great find!

Recommend Aspen Meadow

Posted Feb 14, 2017
The only thing I have to complain about is there was nothing to complain about!! Their shuttle service from the airport to hotel and shuttle service from hotel to Aspen were first rate. The staff bent over backwards to help us find and get to the snow activities we were interested in. The Hotel was wonderful. The rooms were spacious. Their staff and service were incredible.

Nice hotel but rooms like a fishbowl

Posted Jan 28, 2017
Cons: Install some decent window coverings.
This is a beautiful hotel with great service but if, like me, you need a dark room to sleep, it's terrible. The rooms are almost floor to ceiling windows with NO blackout curtains, only opaque shade that block out no light. If I hadn't had a sleep mask it would have been impossible to sleep.

Wonderful Property

Posted Dec 23, 2016
Cons: A few areas of the room could be repaired (e.g., drippy sink, chipped paint). I mention this mainly for the maintenance staff (did not harm my stay).
Aspen Meadows offers comfort and amenities at an aexcellent price (at least during the off season). Complimentary fruit, teas, and shuttle service are much appreciated. Fitness center is full-service and top notch--several levels above the typical hotel gym. Rooms are spacious and nicely decorated with mid-century touches. Perfect combination of sleeping and living areas. Great amount of storage.

Peaceful, Winter getaway

Posted Dec 19, 2016
Pros: Location was nice, quiet and beautiful scenery. Shuttle service was also very convenient.
Cons: More entertainment/activities, more family friendly environment. Bed was too firm and pillows were too soft and went flat.
Location: The location is about 3-5 minutes from town. The scenery is breathe taking and very peaceful.
My children, husband and I recently stayed at Aspen Meadows. The resort property was nice, quiet and just a few brief minutes outside of the city. It wasn't a very busy resort and did not offer any activities/entertainment for children outside of an afternoon smores station. The smores station was a lovely touch but other than that it wasn't too lively. It is definitely a great get-a-way for a couple or for business trips.
