The hotel was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. We have an excellent view to the Aspen Mountain. Food was good.

Older horrl but has been updated over the years. Very nice property and location. Rooms and staff were great.

Consistent quality!

Second visit to this resort. Excellent location, great amenities. If you can get a good deal, go! There's only one restaurant but they have great food selection. Free parking, free bike rentals for 4 hours at a time, music festival, and many more activities within reach. Rooms tend to be new and old so be sure to ask for the new or renovated buildings.

It was like staying in a posh tree house

Pros: The park-like atmosphere.
Cons: The maintenance of the room was not great. The baseboard heaters were looking shabby and all of the window sills needed to be cleaned.
Location: The location was lovely. I was staying in the area to do a bit of business and did have time to do anything else.
It was so lovely and cool I never turned on the A/C in my room. The staff were attentive and efficient. If I need to spend the night in Aspen again, I would certainly like to stay there again.

Everything was wonderful about the hotel but the rooms do not have A/C and it was VERY hot during the day/night.

Quiet little getaway

Pros: It was quiet and had a nice, clean, modern design.
Cons: For a 4-star property, some little things could have used some attention, like: calcium buildup on faucets and showerheads, worn-out robes, etc.
I was looking to spend a couple days of true "R 'n R" on my way back to Denver, and I found a great deal at Aspen Meadows. The property is tucked just a little away from Aspen, so it's very nice and quiet, but a bit far from the shops and restaurants. I didn't try the onsite restaurants, but they looked nice (but expensive!). My junior suite was very spacious and had everything I needed, and the bed was quite comfy. Overall, the stay was exactly what I needed.

Beautiful mountain setting!

Pros: The room met my high standard of cleanliness and the staff were always very friendly and helpful.
Cons: Adding markers to identify trees and plants bordering walking paths.
Location: Downtown only 5 minutes by shuttle and there are many wonderful shops, restaurants, and even a City Market grocery (Kroger brands & card accepted!)
We spent 5 nights in this fabulous place and the Aspen mountains are some of the most beautiful I've ever seen. The walking/hiking/biking paths are perfect for just about anyone who wants fresh air, exercise and lots of serenity. We loved being shuttled between the property and downtown Aspen -avoiding the hassle of driving and parking. Our room was spacious, quiet, and well-equipped, and although we had a small problem with a drawer not opening properly, the front desk had someone on it immediately. We would definitely recommend it to everyone!

Pleasant stay in Bauhaus building

The surroundings are beautiful, the amenities are fine and the facilities better than comfortable if not extravagant. Several burned out light bulbs and no correction after a call to the front desk impinged on our use of our room. I saw a golf/laundry cart almost back into another guest. The friendly but youthful and inexperienced staff might need some remedial hotel school.
