Roger, We apologize for the fact that you feel we did not address the situation. We take bed bugs quite seriously and addressed your concerns immediately. Our records show you informed us the day of your departure but asked that we check the room after it was vacated as someone was taking an online exam. At that time, we immediately did a full inspection with our internal staff and found no evidence of bed bugs. Per protocol, we placed the room on hold and called Mountain Pest Control to do a thorough investigation. They completed this the very next morning and found NO bed bugs. We received our certificate for verification that the room was clear. Our team communicated this to you via a phone message at 11:46 am on the 15th, the day after your departure. We did ask that you please call us with any further questions. For your peace of mind, we sent proof of Mountain Pest Control’s investigation through the Expedia portal.
