Walked into a hotel room straight out of the 70s. Very outdated. Bed was way too soft, little support. Window vertical blinds are shot; could not get privacy from the rooms across the courtyard.

We are sorry that this guest was disappointed in their stay at Aspen Square. Although the majority of our guests enjoy our property, we know that we can't please everyone. We would like you to know that we are in the midst of a multi-year project to update all of our accommodations, but those updates have to occur during our quieter seasons, so it takes some time. We hope you'll give us another try.
