Champagne Rates for a Beer Room

Posted Sep 4, 2017
Pros: Shuttle Service. Location. Pool/Spa area.
Cons: Update Rooms. Security. Restaurant.
Location: Location is good, just 5 minutes outside of Aspen.
The rooms are seriously outdated, the curtains, and bedding are right out of the seventies. Don't expect much from the minimal staff that is there, they are of little to no help. There was a homeless man wandering around the hallways trying to find a place to sleep in the stairwells in the evening and wandering around the premises in the early morning, no security on premises to keep occupants of the hotel safe. The restaurant/bar in the hotel (Home Team BBQ)) is terrible, if you do make the mistake of staying here ask for the shuttle into Aspen, by the way the shuttle service is the only decent service that this hotel has going for it. You are paying $300 plus a night and not even staying within the city of Aspen you may as well consider paying a little more and stay at a quality hotel within the city. Don't waste your time and money on this place.

Best value in Aspen

The Inn at Aspen is the best spot for staying in Aspen if your not wanting to break the back and enjoy a good nights sleep.

I liked how it was so close to the airport and I could walk out to ski lift.

Beds are a little uncomfortable. Pillows were terrible, otherwise rooms were clean and service was great.

they have to train their concierge

Posted Jul 18, 2017
It is an ok facility, defenetly not for what we paid. The concierge service needs a lot of improvement.

The promise of kitchenette is false

Posted Jul 6, 2017
Pros: Parking, Location, Lobby
Cons: The carpets in the hallways is dated and smelly.
Location: there's a ski resort literally in the backyard, Rafting and shuttle to take you places.
The lobby was beautiful, well decorated. Plenty of parking and the hotel is easy to find, They have a shuttle to take you around. There's a ski resort right behind it and there's an ok restaurant inside as well. However, what they call a kitchenette consist of a 3 foot tall fridge, a sink and small microwave, and a few glasses and plates. I purchased items to make breakfast only to be disappointed and have my food wasted. Don't be fool, the rooms dont have kitchens.
