Great staff. Very attentive to our needs. Great breakfast. Mattress a liyyle soft for my liking.

My husband and I had a wonderful vacation in Aspen made all the better by staying at the Limelight Hotel. The hotel and restaurant staff were helpful, friendly and multi-generational in knowledge and experience. Starting off the day with a healthy and delicious breakfast menu was a good start. Easy to meet people in the open designed bar/restaurant area of the hotel. We were also very please with all of the assistance we received from the "Adventure Concierge" Pat.

Although this is a great hotel, we had some bad experiences. One: There was an event going on that happens every year. A wine festival. Well to our bad luck, they close down the streets around this hotel for 2 weeks. (Beginning of June) Nobody ever mentioned this to us during our booking or check-in. It really put a damper on our vacation. It was noisy, construction and set-up really made it an unpleasant experience for us. Secondly, we got a room over the laundry room. We could hear the washing machines and dryers going at night while we were trying to sleep. Also, our room was over the pool so when ever we opened our shades, all the people at the pools would look into our room. Basically we had to leave the shades closed our entire visit. IF you book this hotel make sure you do not get a room overlooking the pool! With our shades being closed all the time we might as well stayed at a cheap hotel without a view. The staff was good for the most part and the breakfast was awesome.

The City of Aspen host the Food and Wine Classic each year and yes you are right they closed the entire street to get ready to set up the event on June 15th. We tried to call every guest arriving over this period but we must have missed you and I sincerely apologize for that. You should have been informed. In regards to your room situation I regret that we were unable to connect during your stay as I would have taken action and offered to relocate you into a new room. It is unusual that you felt that our pool rooms are not a great option, yet for sure a personal preference. Our goal is always to exceed our guest’s expectations and provide seamless service so I am very disappointed to hear that we did not meet that goal during your stay with us. If you ever find yourself back in the area, and we are lucky enough to have you try us again, please reach out to me directly. Great, A card for two free drinks at the bar a very good breakfast nice. The only trouble was the washer did not work and the grease trap spring a leak on the under ground garage. Yes I will be back.

Great location in Aspen. Complimentary breakfast was good. Staff friendly. Good overall dining experience. Outdoor pool area fun.

Limelight hotel is a very beautiful place with spacious rooms. Offers great food in the restaurant and full free breakfast in the morning. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Hotel is close to Maroon Bells and Independence Pass. Can't wait to stay there again.

This hotel has an excellent staff. I stay here every time I go to Aspen and the staff is now very familiar faces....which means: devoted/loyal employees [no attrition]. The location is just perfect if you don't want to rent a car...so walkable to everything in town. F&B is very, very good....nice 'n casual with a perfect price point. Just consider me a "regular"!!
