Rooms smelled like there had been smokers in it and they tried to cover up the cigarette smoke smell. Very small main area for a 4 bd.

Dear Allyn, Thank you for taking the time to review our Tamarack Condominiums! Your feedback is very important to us, and although I am disappointed to hear your recent stay did not meet your expectations, without your comments we are unable to improve our services. I would like to sincerely apologize for your room smelling like smoke, as we are a non-smoking property and strive to provide a smoke free environment at all times. We are investigating this situation, and hopefully this did not skew your perception on our condominiums. Again, thank you very much for taking the time to tell us about your recent stay, and we truly hope we will see you in the near future to give us another chance.

Great Stay in Snowmass Village

Posted Oct 9, 2015 on Hotels
The Tamarack Townhouses are a great choice when you have a larger party staying in Snowmass. We were able to sleep 5 very easily and with two full bathrooms and kitchen it made it that much better. The location is great, you are a very short walk over to the garage to grab the free bus to Aspen as well a short walk up to the base of the slopes. The units are very quiet and there is a nice pool and a couple of hot tubes to make your stay that more comfortable. We will be back to stay at the Tamarack Townhouses again. The service is great and very quick and simple check-in and check-out.

Great family trip

Posted Sep 29, 2015 on Hotels
Each unit is individually owned so the furniture, decor and TV's are different per unit (sometimes you can get older beds but for the most part it is great). All the units I have stayed in have all that is needed, dishes, fridge, pots, pans and BBQ. The units have free wifi that is good in the summer time. My kids love the pool area. During the summer a lot of the restaurants are closed so we usually drive into Aspen which is not a long drive. The service is good, you can get new towels when needed and for the most part you are left alone to enjoy your stay.

Expected more from them

Posted Sep 28, 2015
Pros: The kitchen, the bathrooms and the cleanliness. The staff were also very friendly.
Cons: The townhouse is insanely over priced, of course considering it being a part of this tourist place.
In 2012, the same weekend (range of sept 25), we had stayed at the Top of the Village - Destination hotels and resorts and I had paid 465 (inc tax for a 3 bd). Hence, in comparison to that, this was very ordinary. The staff who helped me check in (Stonebridge inn hotel) were very friendly and also allowed me an extra one hour on the day I was checking out. The 4bd townhouse was very small, to begin with. The kitchen was probably the best. It was a full fledged kitchen with a dishwasher and an oven. We used both of them and had no issues. The bedroom in the first floor was very small and the only one with a bath tub. The 3 bedrooms on the second floor had 2 bathrooms with showers only. They were clean and satisfactory. We didn't get a chance to use the washer dryer. My wife and I slept in the first floor bedroom and we could hear people walking above us, the sound was terrible and disturbing. The internet was good and the wifi had a good range. I had paid 650 (inc tax) for two nights and I expected a lot more from them.

Akrishi, thank you for providing feedback in regards to your stay. I'm sorry that your condo experience did not meet your price expectations but our rates are very competitive in the market should you shop around and our service is unrivaled compared to our competition. We hope to see you again!

A group of 5 guys stayed in 2 bedroom and with a sleeper sofa and it was great! Plenty of room and a close walk to anything and everything around Snowmass Village. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice Condo

Posted Aug 9, 2015
Pros: Nice pool & hot tubs. Condo was on the ground level so easy to access.
Location: Central location for hikes in the Aspen area: Maroon Bells, Crater Lake, Grottos, Weller Lake.
Our family stayed here for two nights on our summer vacation. The condo was nice and worked well for our group and the kids enjoyed the warm pool and hot tubs. Our only complaint was the loud shuttle buses going by on the street until 1:45 am. There is a lot of traffic noise at this condo!

The place is decent and comfortable. The carpet is old and need deep cleaning. Overall, it is a comfortable place for the price.

It was great! The only complaint was the almost non existent internet service but other than that we loved it and the village! Beautiful scenery everywhere!
