Perfect place to stay in the snow.Posted Nov 12, 2013
Pros: It was situated in a perfect location with close proximity to everything in town. A 24hr shuttle service was also part of the service.
Cons: My husband and I were perfectly happy with everything about the hotel.
Location: There were lots of great bars and restaurants within walking distance. Also fabulous shopping, galleries, skiing and walking trails.
From the moment we arrived in the evening we felt at home. The receptionist, Gemma was so helpful offering us options for dinner that night. The room was quiet and spotless and everything we could hope for.

Everything was on our side in AspenPosted Oct 10, 2013 on Hotels
After a very pleasant drive to Aspen from our home in Littleton, we arrived at the Innsbruck. It looked OK from the street, so we went into our room with an open mind. Looking around quickly, things looked real comfortable. We loved the outdoor hot tub, then went into our shower. Only to find it was a "steam shower" which we both love. Then we retired to our living room, great TV with hundreds of free channels. Looking into the full kitchen we decided to just have dinner in the room. This kitchen has it all, to make you feel at home, why go out in Aspen, when we have this in Aspen, in our room. They say breaking up is hard to do, so we extended our stay another day. The colors were great and the comforts of the Innsbruck were just as impressive. Yes, we will be back, and tell others of a great find in a great town. Enjoy!!! Thanks to all the staff, everyone was first class, thank you all so much as great hosts.

InnsbruckPosted Sep 30, 2013
Terrific place to stay, especially with kids. Attempting to stay in hotel with two kids is a disaster. Innsbruck had ample room for our kids to run around and feel at home. Terrific accommodations.

Exceptional Staff and Location!Posted Sep 15, 2013
The staff were amazing! We've never had such exceptional "customer service!" From driving us to the grocery store (and waiting) to recommending restaurants and even assisting with altitude sickness ( individual oxygen canister). It's very evident, the staff love their jobs and are passionate about their guests!

Walking distance to shops and restaurantsPosted Sep 9, 2013 on Hotels
The only two negatives I would say about about this hotel is the location of the condo (cannot change). It was right next to a very busy street- therefore, quite noisy. The other issue was the TV cable box location, which was no where near the TV. This meant you had to point the remote away from the TV to change the channel. Other than that it was fantastic!

Perfect place to stay in Aspen!Posted Sep 3, 2013
Everything about this place was great! It was walking distance to town and they also had a free 24/7 shuttle service to any location downtown. You can borrow a bike for free too. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. The rooms are beautifully decorated and comfortable. I will definitely go back!

Beautifully appointed, "above & beyond" service!Posted Aug 5, 2013
Cons: Condo could use a large non-stick fry pan and instructions for the microwave/oven combo (though we figured it out).
Location: out of the bustle of the main shopping areas, but still well within walking or biking distance of everything/ only blocks from Aspen's kid's camp
The Innsbruck exceeded our expectations in every way. The condo was immaculate and perfectly appointed with high-end finish out. In fact, they are so well-built you can't hear any noise or traffic inside your unit. The staff is beyond wonderful and seemed willing to help in any way they could. There are bikes for the residents to use at their leisure (there were always some available when we wanted to use them), which is a huge bonus, especially when bike rentals in Aspen run $250+ per week! The small number of units helps give the Innsbruck a "mom & pop" feel, and they don't offer "big hotel" amenities like room service or a spa, but the generous kitchen and master bath sauna more than made up for it!

Great time, but...Posted Jul 30, 2013 on Hotels
Went with a group of girlfriends for a 10 year college reunion. Stayed in a 2 bed/3 bath with 6 ladies. Plenty of room. The service was outstanding!!! 24/7 shuttle was helpful. Only real issue was the "pool." It is tiny and directly on Main St (noisy and not relaxing). My friend could reach all of the way across. Great that it is open 24/7 (along with the hot tub), but do not consider the presence of a pool when booking your reservation. As I stated before: The staff was incredible!!!!
