The best hotel in Aspen. And much better than the Little Nell which isn’t nearly as nice yet more expensive. Makes no sense.

5 Star Experience, Cannot Be Any Better
We had the best experience ever. This was our second December staying at the hotel for our anniversary and The St. Regis Hotel, it's management, and concierge Kelly made everything so perfect and special. This is by far the best hotel you can ever stay at in Aspen or anywhere in fact. We are already planning our next trip to stay there again!

I can't say enough about the beauty of this property. We stayed just after Thanksgiving for a few nights. The lobby is very cozy and luxurious with the perfect lighting and and warm fireplaces. The rooms are perfectly appointed and elegant. Finally, the staff was simply outstanding! Someone was always available to assist with whatever you need. We will definitely stay here if we return to Aspen in the future.

Perfect location and beautiful, comfortable hotel. The front desk really extended themselves to ensure our party’s comfort. We had a few hiccups with the butler service which I meant to contact the hotel just as an fyi about but never did. Overall I loved the stay at the St. Regis

A beautiful hotel with many amenities. The food at the velvet buck was wonderful. Pricey but you get what you paid for. The bed was heavenly.

Two nights at the St Regis
Spent a Thursday and Friday night at the St Regis in Aspen. Glad we could do this! Beautiful property, comfortable rooms, good food, and a very nice spa. A couple of service lapses, but otherwise a fine stay. This is a happening place, very international, and an energetic experience.

This was an absolutely beautiful hotel however I found Aspen to be a little boring. Harry and Lloyd taught me that when in Aspen, you must stay in style.

Overated
The St. Regis is in a word- overrated. They are charging high prices, but the service is okay. I blame upper management and not the day to day workers-maids, servers etc. The pool was filthy and small. The rooms were fine and clean, but the shampoo and conditioner were gross bright blue. We had a run in with a very rude resident at the St. Regis and she ruined our evening. She berates the staff and I stood up for them. A lot of entitled snobby people for a pretty substandard 5 star hotel.
