Awful hotel.

Worst hotel we have ever stayed at in over 30 years of traveling. It was old, dirty, very smelly small rooms, just awful. Can't believe we spent so much money on such a gross hotel experience. I dont think I will be using or will be trusting Expedia for future bookings.

Great location but amenities don't work

Jess's at the front desk was super helpful and accommodating. Hot tubs weren't working, no shampoo and conditioner in room at for 2 of 4 days, ice maker Wallingford our floor was not working. The hotel did make it right by waiving the resort fee at check out. This hotel would be sooooo much better if things worked but also during the week of Christmas offer some fun and festive services - play holiday music, cookie decorating for children, etc .

Nice hotel with a great location

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is great, close to everything and a short car ride from Maroon Bells and Aspen. Rooms were clean and quiet. we were there in the off season and it is overpriced for that time of year as nothing is open. So even though it was great, we would not stay there again.

Excellent location for skiing down Fanny Hill

Excellent hotel - conveniently located next to shops, restaurants and fanny hill ski slope. Family and pet friendly hotel with great staff that took care of us well. Only disappointment was that we had to walk down to the lobby to use microwave for heating baby foods.

Location: All sorts of things nearby in walking distance. Food drinks bowling and plenty of shopping. Must go.
Very gracious staff. Always willing to help assist. They upgraded the room the first night we arrived and surprised us with a bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries to help us celebrate our homeymoon. It was an awesome experience.

Best hotel chain

Pros: I appreciate the consistency that these hotel chains have. Happy employees readily available to help.
Cons: Everything was great! There was no down side to this resort.
Location: Our backyard was a ski slope with two lifts. Way cool! Located right next to snowmass village mall and a few other restaurants and shops.

Big Nice and comfortable Resort

The resort is really nice..the room was clean. Staff cleaned daily. However when we arrived and gotten direction to our room. it took us a min. there is not enough light on the outside or on the building letter to know which building is what. that was very disappointing. after going to 3 building we ran into a staff that took us all the way to our room. we had the rm w/balcony. It was nice but it did not have a microwave in it. you had to go all the way to the main Lobby to warm food. not pleasing at all. For ice it was a maze. it was a ice floor located on our floor which was 7th. however it was locked so we had to go down to the 6th floor for ice. the view was good. it still was off season of the resort but still busy. most of all the stores in the resort including some of the restaurants was closed. will i ever go bk there i would say yes. It was our anniversary and so the alone time with my husband was great. and again the resort was clean so thats always a plus.

Pros: Everything was great about the hotel!
We had a blast at the Westin Snowmass, the hotel staff was friendly. It was very convenient being able to travel with our dog, we would definitely stay here again!

Nothing special

Pros: Service was good and staff was friendly. Room size and layout was ok.
Cons: Bad layout, room was two different elevators and a mile away from the lobby. Uncomfortable bed. And parking was another mile away.
Location: Location was reasonable, close to shops and food.
