Room was nice and quiet , were out of Shampoo and conditioner in the shower asked for it to be changed while we were out for day and needed new towels and it was not done so that was disappointing . Man that works in breakfast area was very rude and was dressed very unprofessional, when he bent over to restock items his entire butt crack was out …. THE WHOLE THING !!!! Was very off putting while eating . Can’t complain about the room or cleanliness was nice and clean and up to date .

The location of this hotel was what we enjoyed the most, river view. Our room was tidy (lacking cups and glasses) , but, the breakfast room had chairs that were quite dirty. I cleaned one of them with a wipe, then, noticed there were numerous others in the same condition and chose not to continue with that project. (This is the reason for the cleanliness score of poor) . Our room would have been more comfortable with another chair since we enjoy just sitting and watching the river. Staff was polite, especially the housekeeping staff ,whenever we saw them while coming and going.

Room 210 has a loud, persistent droning from the mechanics in the wall which permeates even ear plugs. It could have been a lovely stay with a balcony and a river view. Instead it was a sleepless nightmare.

The check in was awful. The people were nice, but they didn't seem to be able to figure out what was going on. They didn't know if the room was ready. They couldn't get the electronic key to work. The systems they work with didn't seem to work.

Nice location overlooking an old canning pier that has been turned into a lovely coffee shop and a brew pub. Sea Lions lounge on another pier and as sea lions do they fuss at each other constantly. I am sensitive to noise but barely heard them and found they were not a bother as the room was well insulated.

We really liked this hotel. The pool was nice and the location was amazing. We loved listening to the sea lions. Our only complaint is on other guests. I really wanted to leave the sliding glass door open to hear the sea lions but the other guests would go out on to their balconies and smoke. Also, the patio under the balconies they would smoke their as well.

No chargers for EV available. Now days any hotel must have them. Handicap room didn’t have grab bars by the toilet.

It looks like the room you reserved was only hearing accessible, which is why there were no grab bars in the room. Awesome Hotel and location
Beautiful location and a newer hotel. The room and hotel lobby and eating area and outside tables were all top-notch and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Front desk staff was very friendly. They allowed us to get into our room early which was very nice and helpful so we could spend the rest of the day bike riding and exploring.

It was fantastic and comfortable. The balcony was amazing! But we found hairs in the bathroom that were not ours. That was pretty gross.

Love the view from this hotel. There's a walking path between the river and the hotel that was great. Parking was easy and plentiful. The breakfast was good and there were lots of options. Not a lot of seating for breakfast, but I think we went downstairs right during the rush. We'll definitely stay here again.

This is our second time at the property. The hotel is clean and nice. Easy parking and a nice location. Our room was clean. We checked in late and had to wait and try to find a front desk person for 15 minutes. Hard with two tired kids. Breakfast was nice and a lot of options. My girls enjoyed and staff there was nice and asked us before they closed if we wanted anything else. Check out the front desk was busy on phone and we just handed her the keys. Could have used luggage carts to help - could not find them. Overall pleasant stay.
