There is no hot tub. The pictures on Expedia need to be updated. It has been cemented in. The location is great and so are the staff but the building needs repairs. The trim in our room was falling off the wall, the rear entry door to the building near our room was out of service, the bathroom ceiling was cracked and in disrepair and the TV stand was broken so the TV wouldn't sit straight. The hotel is in a pretty high traffic area and I'm sure gets lots of guest but they need to get on the maintenance issues.

The highlight to this place was the bed was great and had good pillows. The continental breakfast was pretty sad. The hotel could definitely use some upgrades. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The entire staff was friendly and helpful, from the front desk clerk to the housekeeping staff, down to the maintenance person! The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the room was not cramped. I have stayed multiple times over the last several years and have never had a bad experience.

It was adequate but not as outstanding in any way. A partial roll of tp left in the bath with no additional available. As a parent of 3 girls staying for a 3-day, long weekend it was a discouraging sign. No information about TV stations in the room. The light over the sink was barely lit. It made a great nightlight but a failure for seeing anything else! Could not see to brush teeth, remove or apply makeup. When I stopped at front desk, to request a roll of tp, I mentioned to staff. I was told it would be addressed after we checked out.

Extremely old and rundown. The mattress’s were very good. Free breakfast was nearly nothing unless you like biscuits and gravy. TV was too small for room and all channels were digital with no program guide in the room. Limited outlets and no USB.

For the price, you won't find a better hotel near Hocking Hills, which is about 15 minutes away. New building, clean, friendly staff, free cookie and a decent breakfast. I'd stay here again.

Is what it is. They could Jack up the prices due to large weekend at nearby college. Make the money while you can. Basic room and worst breakfast ever for almost $250 a night. All good being everything else booked up. Might want to update and make it a place people want to stay instead of being last resort though. Might be reason everyone else booked and you had plenty of rooms.

No coffee pot in room. Some ppl like to have coffee at night. The bathroom was REALLY small and the sink was outside the bathroom and drained really slow. The microwave didn't work properly. I did like that it was clean and had a key card for the main door to access the building.

Property was conveniently located to Hocking Hills, our hiking destination. However, our bathtub didn't drain correctly. It appeared as though our smoke detector battery was missing. There was no small coffee maker in our room to get us of to a good start, and no luggage stand which made it inconvenient as we had to put luggage on floor to open. Someone down the hall had put their used towels outside the door to be picked up. Those sat there for over a day. In fact I never saw one housekeeping staff with a cart or even changing a room. Breakfast was plain enough but they didn't even have coffee cups with lids so you could have one for the road.

The hotel is in a convenient location to access Hocking Hills as well as the surrounding restaurants, but the positives pretty much stop there. The hotel is in major need of updates and maintenance. The toilet in our room would run constantly unless you took the back off and jiggled the chain. The shower drain was extremely slow; even a 5 minute shower would leave you standing in ankle deep water. Finally, the smoke detector in our room was missing the batteries and the flap was left open. When I told the front desk, the guy just said “I’m sure that’s not true but we’ll have maintenance check it out”. He totally blew me off. Next time I’ll be sure to book a cabin or something instead!

Great place to stay
A very comfortable place to stay at a very reasonable orice in this area...facilities are clean, accommodations are comfortable people are very friendly. This facility has everything you need and is very well kept. The location is convenient to everything in the Hocking Hills OH area. There is a Walmart nearby, and restaurants are very nearby, if you happen to need something.
