* The easiest way to disrupt an enjoyable stay is a plumbing problem. To prevent this, we kindly ask you to please throw things, like sanitary napkins, in the sanitary bin we provide in the bathroom. We simply want to ensure you have a royal flush kind of holiday :-)

* We understand that accidents happen, but we do ask that you please let us know when they do. Chances are we can fix them as effortlessly as possible, which also means better chances of having your full security deposit returned, too.

* Imagine you're sitting with your eyes closed, with a cigarette in your mouth, trying to relax. No, that siren you've just heard is not due to an Alien attack, is just the smoke detector destroying your moment! That's why we have a nice balcony, where you can enjoy your cigarette without any alarm interruption.

* To keep our costs low (and pass those savings on to our guests) we kindly ask you to switch off the lights and the A/C when not in use or when leaving the house. Please do not set A/C temperature below 25° C and do not operate it with windows or doors open. Mother nature thanks you too.

* Although we are the kind of people that make funny faces & funny noises saying 'Oh! It's so cute' every time we watch a video with cats and puppies online, unfortunately we cannot accept pets in our apartment. Sorry sweet puppies and kitties...

* If you, like us, believe that the sound of barking neighbors is as melodic as
scratching your nails on a chalkboard, please respect the quite hours.
