I will not stay here again. The staff was very nice and friendly but the location is worn down and in poor condition. Very limited amenities with no services or restaurants within walking distance. Photos make this look significantly better than it is.

The property is pretty old. My room smelled like stale cigarette smoke. It's also it a bit of a "shady" area. The price of this hotel shouldn't have been more than $100, it was absolutely low budget. The staff was nice and the parking lot was well lit. The room was in desperate need of a remodel. It was as clean as it could be just old and stale. If I had paid $100, I would have said ya get what ya pay for. My total bill was $195 and it was not up to par.

My wife and I frequently visit Athens to see our daughter who attends UGA. We booked this hotel through hotels.com and upon arrival were told they are not supposed to accept people who live within 50 miles of the hotel, we live 48 miles away, and that next tome we would not be allowed to stay. Well then...looks like this asinine policy just cost you 2 customers. There are too many hotels to choose from to stay at a place where our money is apparently not good. Dumb people make dumb rules.

Very pet-friendly which was perfect. Like the mini studio apartment feel to it. Bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Was there for a family emergency and the staff was accommodating to our needs.
