US residents here so take this with a grain of salt. Cute little studio apartment on the ground floor in a non-touristy residential neighborhood. There is no outdoor space like a balcony or patio. Good air conditioning, clean, quiet and secure. Easy check in. We felt very safe. The bathroom is tiny as is the shower. I am 5’ tall & 110 pounds and I felt squished in the shower. Some listed amenities were missing or not working properly. No hair dryer, no ironing board and the iron was defective- causing the main electric panel to blow out despite turning off all other electrical appliances including the air. The washing machine did not properly spin in spite of several attempts and our clothes were left soapy and soaking wet with no sunny outdoor area to let them dry. If you drink coffee in the morning I highly suggest bringing a travel French Press coffee maker or something to make coffee- it’s a bit of a hike with hills to the nearest coffee shop. There is a little hotel like expresso maker but then finding the right size pods for it was impossible. I know this sounds a bit negative but overall a decent place to stay if you are on a budget. The property manager was responsible and apologetic when I reported the issues I listed above.
