I travel a lot & I never, ever leave reviews, but I just had to with this place.
The good: A free shuttle ride to the football game. The place was clean & the room had a coffee maker.
The bad: 2 days into our stay, I noticed that the door on the suite wouldn't completely lock. It felt locked when you closed it, but if you leaned on it, the door would pop open. Then, I remembered that someone had tried to come into the room the night before, but couldn't get in b/c I'd applied the door stopper. Could've been a simple mistake by a patron or it could've been someone who knew the door only had to be leaned on to open. It was cracked open, but stopped by the stopper. Not blaming anyone, but it felt suspicious.
Bottom line: Potential security issues aside, when you sell a relatively pricey suite for a football wknd, maybe the hotel should make sure its front door works.
