We are neither too close to the busy city center nor too far away and all the parts of Athens can be accessed very easily from our hotel, since we are only 5’ away from Acropolis metro station. We booked a stay for 3 but there was only a beds for two when we arrived in the early hours of the morning. So had to make do was told would change room in the morning this didn't happen was told an extra bed would be added. This didn't happen and had to ask again on third occasion was sorted but left very little room with extra bed. Offered nothing for the inconvenience so was disappointed 😞 Balcony was small and no seating on. Expected more for the price but location is great.

Excellent Reception Staff! Especially Irene & Marylin! super helpful and friendly! Divani is in the best location! Beautiful hotel, nice size rooms, close to shopping, and the Acropolis, dining, etc. very central, fantastic location! Great place to stay! Breakfast was good too, gym great! nice little pool! George the Bartender was great too! The whole experience was great!

When I asked for 3 sets of plates and cutlery, they told me that they would charge me 12 Euros per set - SHOCKING. Hotel should change this ridiculous policy. Everything else like kettle, iron laundry bag they gave free, so not sure why they were charging for cutlery and empty dinner plates. Liked the complimentary Wine Bottle.

Our recent stay at Divani was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we walked through the doors, we were enveloped in an atmosphere of warmth and hospitality that stayed with us throughout our entire visit. The staff are undoubtedly its greatest asset. From the front desk to the housekeeping team, everyone we encountered was not only professional but also genuinely friendly and eager to ensure that our stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Special mention, Cosmas, who went above and beyond to providing outstanding service. The location was also ideal, situated in the heart of Athens with easy access to all the attractions and amenities the city has to offer. Overall, our experience at Divani exceeded all expectations. We arrived to our reserved hotel and the lobby was very clean, more upscale than I thought from the photos and the staff was very welcoming. Kosmos, the young gentleman who checked us in was polite and accommodating. He did a great job with explaining amenities of the hotel and gave great recommendations for restaurant ideas. We loved our room. The only negative was I found a blood stain on the sheet near the foot of my bed. I thought cleaning would of changed the sheet but instead they just fixed Mt bed so I called house keeping and had them replace it when we returned. All in all, great experience! We stayed for 2 nights and Kosmas checked us out again. Once again, he was very accommodating and assisted with calling a taxi and made sure our luggage was taken care of while we ate. Thank you for great service.

Excellent staff and delightful stay
This hotel was a fantastic stay! Our cruise line dropped the ball on a hotel room when we had to stay an extra night, so we booked it the morning we were arriving and then we arrived extremely early for check in because we didn’t really have another place to go. The staff checked us in early and took excellent care of us! They also arranged transport to the airport for us the following morning. We loved the room and the staff, and the on-site restaurant and bar were fantastic. We would definitely re-visit and highly recommend!! Got a goofy shot of the hubs relaxing right after we arrived.

We absolutely loved our stay. The staff was kind and hospitable. We enjoyed our free room upgrade and complimented wine on the nights we were jet lag and needed to sleep. E traveled with our one year old and Omgggg everyone LOVED HIM! From the bellman to the front desk to the waiters at breakfast… they all treated him like a king! We loved Greece for that. The breakfast was Buffett and had many good options. The roof garden with the Acropolis view was beautiful. Clean room and bathrooms with balcony with a view. Loved it! We walked to the Acropolis area daily with a stroller. No issues. Only downside no transfer to syntagma square as advertised. Taxi was 4-6 euros. So not bad! Def recommend whether individual or family with small children.

We had an amazing time staying at Divani Acropolis Hotel not only does its so close to the acropolis hills and the monasteraki, the staff are so approachable and helpful..Their breakfast is great too! I will definitely recommend this hotel

The hotel has a convenient location and has friendly staff but the room was old with cracked ceilings and dirty wall paper and bed felt like sleeping in a bowl. I have never slept on such a used mattress. I must admit I was disappointed.

The hotel is quiet, clean and very pretty. The staff is outstanding especially Irini and Kosmas. They were both very accommodating and and went out of their way to make sure that our stay was perfect!

Room upgrade was without a view of the Acropolis. Also lifts broke down multiple times so taking the stairs were the only option. Towels were not five star hotel quality.
